Jacob had no idea how the Tal'Shiar had taken Sheecoyoo, but he didn't like the implications of this. Somehow, they had managed to take down the Competitor and beam at least one of his crew members to the same base that Jacob was in. However, he was left no time to ponder as two more agents came into the room. "It's time for your treatment," Jacob heard one say before the sedative that was just injected into his body took hold.
[On the Competitor]
Sheecoyoo was waiting on the bridge for their guest, William, to finish his interrogations. He suddenly realized that he should probably move the ship, for whoever attacked them knew where the Competitor was. Just as he thought this, another dreadnought decloaked I front of him. Quickly, Sheecoyoo ordered the Erin to warp the Competitor ten minutes out at transwarp, with a factor of 21. As this was happening, he sent a message down to William, informing him of the situation. Just as the ship dropped out of warp, Sheecoyoo ordered the two drone controlled attack ships to be deployed, and waited for the Dreadnought to arrive. When it did, it was face with the full power of the Competitor's plasma arrays, leaving the hull scorched and burning, and temporarily disabling the ship. Taking advantage of the situation, Sheecoyoo beamed the bridge crew into the brig, using up the las of the cells. Unfortunately, however, the Dreadnought fled, and managed to make it away. Even worse, the Competitor's scanners detected that the Dreadnought had managed to gather several pieces of information when they surprised the ship with the first attack. He messaged William again, telling him that he was free to interrogate the other prisoners as well. When he was finished composing the message and it was sent, the scanners suddenly detected Jacob's beacon on the planet. However, by the time they made it back within transporter range, the beacon was no longer on a biological object, meaning it was removed from Jacob's possession.
Sheecoyoo gathered up a team of combat specialists, leaving T'Vrell in charge of the ship. They all beamed down to the location of the beacon, and were met with instantaneous disruptor fire, which killed all but Sheecoyoo and one specialist. Putting down his weapon, Sheecoyoo surrendered, and told the other crew member to due the same. The Tal'Shiar agents said nothing as they quickly sedated the two Starfleet crew members and dragged them to their cells, on separate sides of the complex. However, once they deposited Sheecoyoo, one said, "Great work today, we captured three federation scum. Unfortunately for you, you failed to capture their ship after your Dreadnought's command crew was captured. You have earned yourself a... leave of absence, in a loose definition of the term." With this, she killed the other agent and walked down the hallway into Jacob's cell, sedating him, and taking him to the medical lab for conditioning to help the Tal'Shiar unlock the PADD he had possessed.

"Well, this one certainly is interesting. Guess I'll have to hack." Gerrard mutters, so the visor can't hear him.
He quickly orders the holodeck to make a console that can connect to the computer, and sets up a wireless connection to the visor.
"Well, let's see if I can get through a Fed firewall. Or maybe sat it off so they know something is wrong?" Gerrard thinks out loud. A backup plan slowly comes together. He cracks his fingers and gets to work.

The holosuite creates an oversized visual representation of the visors security matrix. At first glance it appears to be a quantum-based holographic security system, much more advanced than any known Federation tech. Quite rapidly, however, it becomes apparent that the security protocols protecting this devices programming is quite complicated. Its like a game of Jenga extract one level of programming and you risk the entire program collapsing in on itself. Moving forward may reveal some additional information but it may also destroy the device and any information along with it. But thats not all it seems to have an extra level of security that even you werent expecting.
Please state the nature of your query. Asks the hologram which appears in front of Gerrard. Male, non-descript features, dressed entirely in black. He looks to his surroundings, then to Gerrard. Who are you? Where am I? Provide the correct authorization code now or I will be forced to self terminate.

"My name is Gerrard." he replies, quickly going to plan B and improvising. " I need you to send a message to the handler of Aiel L'lwyn. She has been captured by Hirogen in the planet of New Romulus. Please?" he adds as an afterthought.

The hologram tilts his head and squints at Gerrard, suspicious. "Very well. But first," he asks, smugly, "if you are genuinely with Section 31, what is your security clearance verification?" Then quickly, "Assuming, of course, I have any affiliation with Section 31 at all."

OOC: Kinda of a inductory mission thing. If he succeeds with his current one, he'll be given full agent status. And let's just add that only three people knew, and now there are only two... and it doesn't include Gerrard.

And with that he disappears.
Gerrard sighs and relaxes, his shoulders slumping. He hasn't had to pull rank and affiliation for almost three years now, when he first arrived on the ship. He can remember that day like it was yesterday. He stands, and leaves the holodeck, taking the visor and glove with him. It shuts down behind him. He hopes that Drake remembers him and the mission he's on, and that a freak accident won't happen and the message gets lost.
He has a crewman beam the equipment back down to Aiel's house, and messages Stelam.
"Sir?" he says.
"What is it Gerrard? You find out who Aiel was spying on?" Stelam asks.
"No sir. But I was able to send a message to her handler about the situation. The equipment has some serious security. It even came with an emergency hologram." Gerrard replies.
"You had to pull rank, didn't you?" Stelam says emotionlessly.
"Yes sir." Gerrard says.
"What's the damn point of a secret mission if every A.I. we come across knows what the bloody hell your doing!" Stelam exclaims. "I mean really, you might as well pull out the uniform and pips and wear to a damn tea party!"
"Sir, it would ha-"
"Gerrard, you know I'm messing with you." Stelam says. "But seriously, good job man. We'll have this over in no time now."
"Thank you sir." Gerrard says as the message cuts out.
He now sits back and awaits the message from Drake that is sure to come. Or one of his lackeys...
Drake was working at his desk, reviewing the files of new potential recruits when the notification chimed. With a sweeping motion of his hand he moved the holographic file data aside. The image of the Hologram Gerrard was talking to appears.
What is it now? Drake asked.
Sir. Apparently cadet Llwyn has been abducted at the hands of Hirogen hunters and taken hostage. It is believed that Tal Shiar operatives may be behind this move. Reported the hologram.
Who reported this to you?
The image changes to a holographic representation of Gerrard. "I am Lieutenant Serranstivlen Sakkhet of the U.S.S. Yucatan. I am currently undercover for Section 31 on the pirate ship War Hawk. Drake leaned back in his chair and growled. This wasnt supposed to happen. Agents in the field should not, under any circumstance, interfere with the affairs of each other. He couldnt reveal Aiels identity and purpose without jeopardizing the entire mission and even if he had another Romulan cadet, he didnt have time to prepare another agent to assume her role.
Whats DTans status? Drake barked.
DTan? The hologram responded, Unchanged, sir.
Respond to the lieutenant, personal signature Drake-1.
Lieutenant. You are ordered to resume your mission. The girl is not part of that mission; therefore, extraction is not a priority. Disavow. I repeat: disavow.
Sir, the Hologram looked to him, She may be killed. Or worse.
its nothing she cant handle. And even if it is Drake said, resuming his work. Its her issue to deal with. Send message with stealth worm.
William tap his chest and disappeared from Dowry's brig. He had what he needed. As he beamed out, the romulan prisoner was left shaking, horrified and sitting in the fetal position rocking back and forth muttering to himself..."His eyes...his EYES...."
People, threatened, Tal Shiar everywhere... His day was coming. Vengence, at last, but first he had to act on the information his was given. That romulan who looked so much like his daughter was in trouble. "I told you to make sure YOU did the hunting Sparky..." Will thought to himself. The Sun Tzu Returned to New romulus and decloaked. It began scanning for Aiel.
"Sir," William's science officer began, "You want us to fin d a romulan, a single romulan on a planet FULL of them? How do to do that sir?"
"Well it simple," Willaim began, "scan them all, Look for the ones whos skeletal structures are conducive of earth atmosphere. Aiel, will show higher traces than anyone of the others thanks to her extended time there. Also, youre looking for a female, so exclude all males from the scan. Lastly, youre looking for a young female so anyone showing signs of age, exclude them as well."
"Not bad sir." the science officer admitted, "Ill have to remember that."
"Another thing, launch four runabouts with assault teams. have them scan the different areas of the planet. That should speed things up, if they find her, or someone they THINK is her, have them move in and gather intel only." Will ordered as he headed for the turbolift, "Send our scanning peramters to T'rell's ship. He might as well help too."
"And you sir?" the officer asked.
"Time to find a pirate." William knew that for some reason that strange man has decided to stay close to Aiel. maybe he had a clue. William chanced out of his Uniform, put on civilian attire, grabed another Mek'leth, having given Aiel his favorite one, and a phaser pistol and beamed down to her residence. Looking around he knocks on the door, waiting for someone to open it. He pulls out his mek'leth and keeps it hidden close to him. If no one answers, he is going to have to transport in...
[on the Competitor]
"Commander, William beamed back to his own ship," Kolez said from his tactical console. All T'Vrell did was nod. She had orders to stay in geosynchronous orbit above where the away team had beamed down to. If they didn't return or contact her within a day, she was to scan for their life signs, hoping to find them, which would be difficult since the area they beamed down to was the only area that didn't have a life signature dampening field around it. If they could not be found by then, she was ordered to contact New Romulus Command and commence an orbital bombardment of the area, destroying everyone and everything in the base.
T'Vrell sat down in the Captain's Chair and entered a stage of deep thought. Somehow the Captain had been captured and taken to a secret base. Now, Sheecoyoo was also down there, a fact that she had argued with him, since he was the first officer. Hopefully his mission was going as planned and he could retrieve the captain and not get captured.
[Jacob's Perspective]
Jacob woke up in a different room. He tried to stand up, but this time, he was strapped to a medical chair. Looking around, he saw no Romulans, but they could be hiding behind a holographic blind. Jacob didn't think he was unconscious the whole time he was here, since he remembered the bed partially. However, he was unsure of whether or not he gave away the information. Just as he finished this thought, two Romulans walked into the room. They stayed silent, no matter which questions Jacob asked, and one slowly filled up a hypospray as the other stood by the door, waiting. The one holding the hypo finally talked, saying, "This time, you will cooperate. I have doubled the dose to an amount no one has been able to resist before. Have a nice time betraying your friends."
However, just after he injected Jacob, he dropped dead on the floor, and Sheecoyoo walked over.
[Sheecoyoo's Perspective]
Sheecoyoo stood up after being so roughly thrown into his cell, and saw one of the Romulans get executed by the other. A few minutes later, however, a group of five Romulans ran down the hall, guns blazing, killing every Romulan in sight. They let down Sheecoyoo's obtain meant field, and the lead Romulan talked. "These b**ch Tal'Shiar have kept killing our crew when we make simple mistakes, and we have had enough. We have been through five captains in the past month, and we are revolting. We want you to help us. We will take you to your captain."
Sheecoyoo scanned the dead Romulans to make sure they were actually dead, and then accepted a rifle from one of his rescuers. He followed them down the hallway, shooting every Tal'Shiar he saw on sight, and rushed into the room where they said Jacob was. The group made quick work of the two Romulans in the room, and Sheecoyoo picked up Jacob, an easy load for the Quetaryan body that Sheecoyoo possessed. Running back into the hallway, the group made it to the storage locker. At this point, two of the group guarded the door, the other three looted, and Sheecoyoo worked on reviving Jacob.
[Jacob's Perspective]
Jacob woke up in another unfamiliar room, but this time, Sheecoyoo was standing above him. Looking around, he saw that they were in a storage room, and stood up to search for his gear. After he retrieved all of his gear,,Jacob accessed the PADD to determine if it was accessed. To his relief, it was not, which meant they could escape. Jacob took charge of the group, and headed to the point that Sheecoyoo said he beamed down. Once there, he had the five Romulans stand guard. Calling up to the ship, he had them beam the group up, disabling the weapons possessed by the Romulans. Jacob felt the familiar sensation of beaming beamed up, and waited to rematerialize on the pad on his ship.
OoC: We finally know what race Sheecoyoo is, albeit a made up race. Yay fake races! It is pronounced Kway-tar-yan.
Aiel rolled to a crouching position, plasma disruptor in her hand. The enemy had her pinned down behind a fallen piece of debris but at least her flanks were covered. From what she could tell there were about four or five of them, mostly human. The familiar odor of phaser fire filled her nostrils.
She peeked over the debris and took a quick scan of the area. A full frontal assault proved futile. The enemy had also bunkered themselves down behind cover. Shed be dead before she made it even a few feet. Then she spied her salvation: a plasma conduit above their position. If she could get clear shot she might be able to destroy the conduit and wash them in burning plasma. Not the neatest or most painless ways to die, but effective. She was about to move when she heard an electric whirring from nearby. She turned in time to see a Seeker Drone target her. Hnaev, she muttered.
End simulation. Came a male voice. The lights came up and the area around her dissolved. She stood and immediately went to parade rest as an older Romulan man walked into the holosuite. His hair had become slightly more grey but his face remained untouched by age since the day she met him all those years ago. What were you thinking? Dvan asked.
I had them pinned down, Commander. I was about to She started.
You had them pinned down? Was I watching another simulation altogether? Was it someone else who left themselves open to a drone attack? You hesitated. Why?
Sir? Aiel blinked.
You had a clear line of sight at one of the humans yet you failed to fire. Dvan asked. He was agitated, and rightly so. Shed bungled this exercise badly.
I.. She began, but Dvan interjected.
Your time on Earth has made you soft for the Humans. You can not trust them. Any of them! He barked.
I understand, Sir. She responded. Allow me to try again. Ill do better.
Yes, you will. Dvan sneered, then turned his back on her wand walked away. And you will continue the simulation until you are able to meet my expectations. Even if it takes days.
--- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- ---
Aiel awoke with a start. The room she was in was dark. Was it all a dream? She felt the sweat on her brow and moved to wipe it off. She was still bound to the bed. Lights! she screamed.
The overhead lights flared to life and she saw that she was still in the lab. Her head was pounding; it felt like a thousand spiders were in her brain, all fighting to burst through her skull.
Settle down. Ill give you something for the pain. The Doctor sad as she entered the room. She made some adjustments on Aiels medications then injected her with a hypospray. The pain instantly subsided.
What have you done to me? Aiel asked, nearly delirious.
Ive already told you, were undoing the programming you underwent at the beginning of your mission. The Doctor said, then smiled. How are your memories? Coming back?
Aiel looked at her. She wanted to vomit, wanted to scream, wanted to break free and flee. She hadnt the strength to do any of these things. She lay her head back into her pillow. My name is Aiel Llwyn. I am a resident of molRihan. I am not who you think I am.
The Doctors smile faded. I see. She sighed. I am afraid Ill have to up your dosage, Sub Commander. The Colonel is adamant that you recover your memories as soon as possible. Im sorry.
The Doctor turned to prepare the next dose. Aiel felt tears well in her eyes. The sedative dulled most of the pain in her head but her mind was swimming. The Doctor turned with the hyposrpay filled with that same sickly greenish liquid. She leaned in to administer the dose.
Mael, please. Dont. Aiel whispered.
The Doctor paused, them smiled. It wont be much longer now. She said as she injected the liquid into Aiels neck. The sedative finally took full effect. Aiel fell into a slumber.
The sound of boots on tile announced the approach of another. The Doctor turned to see Colonel Dvan as he entered the room. Is she ready? he asked.
Almost. The Doctor responded, Shes making considerable progress, Colonel.
How much longer?
A day, possibly two at the most.
And you are certain the treatments are working? he asked.
Quite certain. She said, then added She called me by my name. However, there is a strong possibility that the severity of the treatment will leave damage in her cerebellum as I had expressed the other day. If we continue at this pace we may end up killing her.
Dvan stared at Aiel emotionlessly for a moment, then looked to Mael. She is a Sub Commander of the Tal Shiar. As such, she is a highly valued asset. One which would create much displeasure in the ranks should she be lost. Much anger. Many will look to make an example out of, say, her administrating physician.
I understand. Mael said, Fully.
Good. I would hate for there to be any confusion on the matter, Doctor.
Jacob materialized on the pad with Sheecoyoo and the five Romulans. Unlike Jacob had thought, the Romulans made no attempt to attack Jacob or any of his crew. He ordered Sheecoyoo to get the Romulans their own rooms, and get them settled. With that taken care of, Jacob headed to the bridge.
"Status Report," Jacob shouted as he entered the bridge.
"We are in geosynchronous orbit above the base, sir," came the reply from Erin.
"Good," Jacob replied, "Contact Starfleet and New Romulus and put them on the viewscreen for a three way call."
"Yes sir," T'Vrell said from her console.
When the viewscreen lit up with the faces of Admiral Quinn and D'tan, Jacob prepared to give his speech. "Earlier today, I was captured by Tal'Shiar forces and taken to their base. Luckily, I escaped with the help of my crew and several Romulan defectors. The Competitor is in geosynchronous orbit above said base, and I wish to commence an orbital bombardment of the area with our plasma arrays. This will destroy the base, and everything and everyone in it. We will not lose any information for we retrieved several datapads from their storage and the defectors have access to a lot of information. The plasma fires will disperse in less than a week. I await your replies."
"Absolutely, at is, if D'tan allows you to," Admiral Quinn replied right away.
"I see no reason not to destroy the base, so I authorize it, but only if you share the data with us, and beam everyone out of the base." D'tan replied.
"Ok, I will send a team down to disable the biological signature dampeners and allow us to beam everyone out. I request that you send ships to aid our efforts, since our brig is full, and take the prisoners, Tal'Shiar agents, and our five defectors back to Earth, or New Romulus," Jacob replied.
"I will dispatch a task force to New Romulus to aid you," Admiral Quinn said.
"I will do the same. Don't worry about handling the transfers, just beam everyone you have onboard one of Admiral Quinn's ships, and we will handle the details," D'tan responded.
Jacob closed the channel, and prepared a team to beam down to the base. It consisted of himself, T'Vrell, Kolez, Erin, and five MACO Commandos that were stationed onboard. They met in transporter room five, and beamed down to the surface.

OoC: yeah, I got that from your pm to me, that message was replying to william's request to be involved
Admiral Quinn sat in his office searching the ship database for vessels to respond to Captain Downy's request. While searching, he saw that the USS Sun Tzu was already at New Romulus, and was in perfect position to aid Downy. Admiral Quinn began a message for Captain Devros.
"USS Sun Tzu, this is Admiral Quinn. I have received a request from Captain Downy to send ships to aid the Competitor in taking down a Tal'Shiar base discovered on New Romulus. I want you to be one of these ships. Meet up with the Competitor at the attached coordinates, and prepare a team to beam down and aid in the assault on the base. Your team will beam down to the north, and Jacob's team will be down to the south. Work you way towards the center, freeing all prisoners, capturing all Tal'Shiar and disabling all bio sig dampeners as you go. Good luck."
Quinn attached the coordinates and his security verification code, and sent the message. When this was finished, he went back to searching for more ships to send.

Quinn attached the coordinates and his security verification code, and sent the message. When this was finished, he went back to searching for more ships to send.
Quinn continued his work looking for more ships to aid Dowry. Calling on Captain Deveros wasnt something he wanted to do. The guy was a loose cannon, didnt things his own way and in the pass had been as much trouble as good but, he got the job done and always had starfleet's best interests at heart. What irked Quinn more was that his ambitions of destroying the Tal Shiar seemed to always go hand and hand with Deveros's goals. Maybe those ambitions will do more good than harm this time.
After looking around for clues within Aiel residence he found little clues to suggest her current location. He could however tell, she did not leave this place of her own will and if the Tal Shiar had her...she might not even be the person me met when..IF, he found her. Deveros complied some data on the redsidence and then beamed back to the Sun Tzu. When he got there there was a message waiting for him from Admiral Quinn. The two of them didnt always seem eye to eye, but with recent events, the attack on earth space dock and all, maybe things were coming to like that allowed the admiral to see deveros was right all along. That the Undine WERE the threat that the Klingons said they were, that the iconians ARE returning and that the Tal Shiar were working with them, as were powerful other races, possibly including the undine. Will listened to the message. He wondered why they didnt just pulse blast the bloody base from orbit. The Sun Tzu could manage that all on her own but then he thought about Aiel, the young romulan woman who reminded him of the woman his daughter could have been. Perhaps a ground assault would be a better idea. Will gave orders for two of the runabouts left out scaning to converge at the location sent to him by Quinn. The Tal Shiar were going to have a surprise when two heavy assault runabouts filled with troops drop down on their heads.

OoC: I actually like this much better than where I was going to go with meeting Aiel. I think you led to great plot development with your choice, prierin.
"Voice pattern not recognized for level obsidian clearance. Please rephrase query. WARNING: further attempts to access files restricted to this level will result in a permanent lockout from the system.
It appears that even Aiel doesnt have access to that level of information. If you want to get in, youll have to find another way.
[OOC]*cough cough* Nope... just at work.. [/OOC]
OoC: It's almost midnight here, have fun at work while I sleep... Just one more post... *falls asleep*
OOC: *Cough, cough* Sorry...
The hologram statres at him, then asks, "How did you come into posession of this equipment? What is your full name and rank? Am I on a ship? What is this ship's name and registry?"
[OOC]Imagine an uppity Robert Picardo LOL[/OOC]
Gerrard sighs. "I am Lieutenant Serranstivlen Sakkhet of the U.S.S. Yucatan. I am currently undercover for Section 31 on the pirate ship War Hawk. I came into posession of this equipment when I found it in the house of Cadet Aiel L'lwyn, who has been kidnapped by a group of Hirogen under the pay of an unknown enemy, suspected tal'Shiar. I need you to send a message to Drake or Cadet L'lwyn's handler so the proper investigation and rescue can commence.
He is looking the hologram in the eyes now, with a clear look of Vulcan vehemance.
The hologram tilts his head and squints at Gerrard, suspicious. "Very well. But first," he asks, smugly, "if you are genuinely with Section 31, what is your security clearance verification?" Then quickly, "Assuming, of course, I have any affiliation with Section 31 at all."
[OOC]Is Gerrard really with S31?[/OOC]
OOC: Kinda of a inductory mission thing. If he succeeds with his current one, he'll be given full agent status. And let's just add that only three people knew, and now there are only two... and it doesn't include Gerrard.
"I have honourary obsidian access. If you wish, contact Drake. He... might confirm it. It depends on whether or not you are considered secure." Gerrard replies.
The hologram raises an eyebrow in an almost Vulcan-like manner. "Honorary, huh?" He considers, then stands at attention. "Your message will be sent to the apporpriate personnel. Do not attempt to access this equipment again. Failure to comply will result in its immediate termination."
Upon completion, the hologram reverts back to its previous form.
The hologram dissolves. The message is sent.
[OOC]That's it for me - off to bed! Cyas![/OOc]
PS: Sorry for WoT
[OOC]If you can find a way to intro your character go for it! The more the merrier.[/OOC]
OoC: I'll have Quinn contact you.
[OOC]Just fyi, Aiel is on New Romulus, but the base in which she is being kept is not only cloaked but far underground. Unfortunately, due to my impending absence, I have to keep her hidden for now...[/OOC]
OoC: yeah, I got that from your pm to me, that message was replying to william's request to be involved
[OOC]I was saying that for the benefit of the others :P[/OOC]
OoC: You had me as a quote, so I assumed you were talking to me. I understand now.
