    I can't sing and I don't have a YouTube channel, so I'm just going to thank BranFlakes from the depths of my heart.

    When the Mirror event went live and a graphics glitch prevented me from logging in (causing me to go a little stir-crazy with withdrawal symptoms), Brandon helped me with repeated PMs with suggestions for fixes. I eventually fixed the glitch with the help of Support (who also did a really fantastic job), but BranFlakes went well above and beyond the call of duty.

    Thank you, BranFlakes. You were the very best.

    I'm naming a ship after you, for sure. My Reman needs a Falchion with a cool name...

    I am glad to call you one of my Friends, and everyone else here in STO can surely agree with me!!!

    We will surely miss you and your epicness and most of all, we will miss all of what you've brought, and done not only to STO, but for every single one of us, that is part of the STO community. May your voyages be glorious and may your legacy be told even far beyond the galaxies!!!

    It was an absolute pleasure working alongside you as a volunteer moderator and it really is such a shame you are leaving! You will be sorely missed by everyone in the office!

    I know for sure we will hook up in STO, especially with all the upcoming content, especially redacted. Lets see what the future brings in regards to the ST cons, I owe you a beer afterall! ;)

    God, it's going to be sooooo hard without BranFlakes. Smirk's awesome, and Trendy is wicked funny, but Brandon was just a natural at being awesome.

    I wish him nothing but happiness, but god do I miss him already!

    Brandon may I take the time to wish you all the best for the future, It has been great having you as a community manager and for a short time as lead community manager. As someone so rightly put it "Family is everything" without out it we wouldn't be the people we are today.

    Thank you Brandon. You've been a voice of reason in this chaos since you started working here. I hope whatever you do from here on brings you happiness. Hope we still see you floating about in game, and if you need someone to bum around with in game I am more than willing. (as I am sure many others are) I hope one day we can meet so you can become more than just someone I interact with on twitter. I know keeping the masses in check wasn't an easy job and I don't envy the positions you had to take a lot of the time. But when it comes to family I totally understand needing to step away and taking responsibility. One can only hope that your influence on your niece/nephew will produce positive results, in not only a geeky way but to turn them in to a valued member of society.
