The Venture skin, type 6 material and console set bonus perhaps?
See, on a Vesta 3-pack, I get that: they're all Tier 5 ships; but to buy a pack with a Tier 4 ship you have, in and by itself, no real use for, other than to strip it for parts, I dunno. But, at 4,000 Zen, instead of the usual 5,000, I suppose it's not a bad deal, after all, really.
anyone want to make a bet that they say something about their silly metrics when they talk about why they didn't beef the ship up.. lol...
let me guess, no one plays the ship.. oh. waite, cause cyptic designed a dps race game, and the galaxy even in fleet variant is anything but dps oriented.. lol... silly metrics...

Yeah, when you look at it - it's not a bad deal at all. Basically for 4000 Zen you get:
- Galaxy-R - 2000 Zen
- Galaxy-X - 2500 Zen
- T4 Galaxy - 1500 Zen
- Bridge pack - 500 Zen
- Venture skin usable on both T5 ships
- Type 6 hull material
- The ability to use the 'Saucer Separation' on the dread
- 2-piece set bonus
Not too shabby for 4k Zen if you happen to like the ships.
I genuinely think they don't understand that tanking is irrelevant in this game. Their console layouts aren't optimal and their boff layouts simply suck, unless you think being able to tank is a valuable ability. Who needs C and LTC engineering slots but only LT tactical? Noone. It's actually a good way to make sure the ship doesn't sell.
The more I think about this reboot the less excited I am. I am simply not interested in buying them anymore because tanking is irrelevant.
Let's see what their metrics say when they don't sell many of these rebooted ships.

Given the rabid sycophancy that is pervasive in this thread (see any number of posts about how the current Dreadnought is a Rear-Admiral ship and the cries for "FLEET DREADNOUGHT!! MUST SAY FLEET DREADNOUGHT!!!" by people ignorant who clearly don't understand we already have Fleet Dreadnoughts which are zen-store, lobi-store and lockbox ships) I'm going go guess that this "decision" is based on self-fulfilling-by-posting-the-same-blather-on-the-forum-prophecy metrics misuse.

They must add phasing cloaking device to it which can be used on all fed ships. In that case I'll buy this pack even for 5k zen.

I'm actually very strongly against that.
