The scale in that picture seems a bit off as well. The Odyssey is supposed to be the largest Starfleet vessel ever built, but it looks barely half the size of the Jupiter.

Anyways, the Jupiter is no doubt larger then the Oddyssy like ltdata said. So Cryptic will have to change it to the largest cruiser ever built by Starfleet.

Make the Jupiter a Dilithium Carrier? IN HELL!! When you look at other Factions they have huge Dradnoughts and what does the Federation have? A glorified Galaxy. I know size doesn't matter in Star Trek, but come on, let's get something with more woman in StarFleet!

Typhoon is a bit too small to a skin model for the Odyssey.
If anything it's too big, true the nacelles are 100 metres too short, however the engineering hull and saucer are much longer than the Odyssey.
Norway and Yeager dammit... I still want my Typhoon and Jupiter though. JJ Trek The Kelvin Timeline is just Trek and it's fully canon... get over it. But I still prefer TAR.

She's big enough and note Besided the Scimitar the Oddy and the KDF dreadnought are about the same size and the feddies have been screaming for our own Dil carrier and Jupiter fits perfectedly
ive seen what Typhoons end up doing from the mirror event, if i could get one even CLOSE to that kind of firepower then i very much support the addition.
As far as more advanced leveling? why not? I think a lot could be done with it, more options is always fun.

I think the term "Dilithium Carrier" is referring to an aircraft-carrier vessel you pay for with dilithium (or you get free at rank-um, like the Vo'Quv).
Anyways, i'd wish it gets C-Store with a nice console and a good fleet version ... or maybe bundiled with the Typhoon?:rolleyes:
It's been Brought up many times before and it won't be added because IT'S NOT A STARFLEET SHIP, it was an alien fake dressed up like a starfleet ship see the voyager episode titled "Hope and Fear" Season: 4, Episode: 26. My last thought on the dauntless is if it ever does get added it would be in a lockbox.
As for the Jupiter, If it has to be a carrier let it be like the Jem'hadar Dread Carrier and have some teeth, because I'd like it to have no Hangars and instead have a side facing weapon slot on each side.
I believe that quote was long before ships of the size of the Odyssey and Bortasqu' were added, let alone the D'Deridex and the Scimitar. The size argument has been nullified by the fact there are now inconveniently large ships in the game anyway. Time to get them in.

Well, as often quoted, Cryptic has ship artists employed that have nothing to do with the process of bugfixing and similar - because it's their job to regularly provide us with new ships. So regardless if they're working on new ships or not - the time it takes to fix those mentioned bugs are the same.
So IMO they may keep providing us with new shiny ships while the other devs handle the "dirty" work.
Besides, in the recent interview on Prioritypodcast Al Rivera stated, they were working on a giant amount of ships for expansion 2. Just to mention it.

The new Escort is fun but it's far from the Attack ship. I'm 60% sure that there will be more Klingon ships in the near future so they can stop crying diamonds. Romulans already have two or three of the most powerful ships in the game, so I think we can go without more monster Warchickens clogging up space around ESD and DS9 for a little bit longer (but of course when they get a new ship it should be a Science Vessel or a Carrier).
