Just wanted to say, I checked with Cryptic on the CD/recharge reduction on the TDF that Isk mentioned and they've stated that it's working as intended...[SciCdr].

The question that arose in my mind in thinking about it, was how many other console abilities are subject to such reduction from the combination of 2pc MACO and [SciCdr]...
Ran into a great snooper yesterday in a Fleet Dhelan while I was also in mine... forced me to run full aux when cloaked, he was a good sport though. Can't recall the name.
