Lulz, in the same post that guys says that double taps are impossible to defend, and that anyone complaining about Grav pulse sucks.....hmmmm
1 Grav pulse is about 10x easier to defend against compared to 1 good romulan decloak double tapper with team support/team timing. 2 Grav pulses are about 100x easier to defend against than trying to defend against 2 good romulan decloak double tappers. Defending against a good premade built around double/triple tapping is the hardest thing in the game right now, and likewise it's the easiest way to kill someone. Grav pulse in nothing in comparison, and IMO teams built around double tap are the most BS thing in the game currently. But, hey, maybe I'll be proven wrong and a team not running a double tap oriented build will win this tourney......lulz.

Jorge was already talking about it and trying to set up some initial rules. I'm not saying we will or will not host it because I'm most likely not going to be involved with it. I'm going to be taking a break from STO after this tourney. STO's been taking up too much of my time lately and I've been taking it way too seriously. When I have to remind myself that it's just a video game is when I now it's time for a break.

Well considering you haven't told us the rules when it comes to scoring not sure it would be considered a change. You mentioned something about kills/deaths counting more than just for tie-breakers but you were very vague. I've asked (as well as others) multiple times in this thread for you to explain the scoring system, but have not seen an answer. Maybe I missed it somewhere?

We really wanted to have a scoring system that involved a formula that helped negate the likeliness for cloaked teamed to barge through, but a good work around only got finalized quite recently and it was deemed by me as unfair to use it as many teams may well have spent some time practicing, and me blundering in and buggering it all up seemed a bit cruel lol.
Whoever does the next tourney is welcome to call upon us, the rules are a pain in the TRIBBLE. Fair play to Jif though for taking the time to come up with them with the rest of the team

Again, another grate tournament. Thanks to the organization and especially to aquitaine985 for this grate event.
I have to admit that the Sagikus team stuff was really fun!
We did a ok tournament (for our standars) and we are going to try to keep improving, we won against Sad Pandas (11-4) and we loss against Nove Core (1-8). Both matchs were grate, and we learn a loot of usefull conclusions from both (especially the last one) that we are going to apply for next tournaments.
I really hope, that beside the no cryptic support for PVP, the community keeps trying to improve with tournaments like this or the grate Bootcamp!
