Ellen: Working on it Sir! There seems to be a virus in our system!
Kran: A virus? Damn! The Breen must have infected us with the probe. Satome!
Satome: The virus purge is taking longer than expected...
*Emergency power returns to the Umbra.*
Satome: I have been successful in restoring emergency power. Main power should be restored in five minutes. It is fortunate that the virus was not able to infect our secondary computer core.
OOC: The Umbra has a secondary computer that is normally completely offline which is why it was not affected. It was designed to help fight off Borg threats so it is more than capable of purging any virus that the Breen could send.
Kran: We are going to need some backup. Get me Tol'ina!
*The view-screen comes to life with the image of a smiling Romulan woman in her mid twenties. She appears to be in her quarters.*
Tol'ina: Jolan Tru Kran! How have you been?...
*She looks around at each person's face.*
Tol'ina: What's wrong?
*Kran recites the story of the past few days starting with the destruction of the Umbra-F. Tol'ina leans back in her chair.*
Tol'ina: I'll be there in a few minutes. Oh, and Baroan. I doubt you remember me from the treaty singing at Kitomer, but it is good to see you again.
*The channel closes.*
OOC: Baroan and Tol'ina only met in passing at Kitomer. She was one of the people assigned to general security.
OOC: Pardon me if I spell anything wrong, I'm on my phone.
Baroan: Who was that?
Geyan: Obiously a Romulan woman by the name of Tol'ina. Part of the military by the looks of the uniform.
Baroan: Security detail at Khitomer then?
Geyan: Iwpuld assume so...

Kran: She's an engineer in the Romulan Republic. She is also part of the Temporal Security Agency I've known her since she was a ulan. She is now a commander. Just so you know, she is quite energetic.
OOC: Tol'ina looks quite strange for a Romulan. She does not have the brow ridge of most Romulans. She also has brown hair that she wears long. (Well to her sholders anyway) She also has bright green eyes. She could pass for a human if not for her ears.
*A Romulan Dyson Science Destroyer drops out of warp in front of the Umbra, followed a few seconds later by a Mogi Heavy Warbird. Tol'ina's face appears on the Umbra's view-screen.*
Tol'ina: Commander Tol'ina of the R.R.W. Alidar's Revenge at your service Admirals.
*She smiles looking directly at Baroan and gestures to the Mogi.*
Tol'ina: This is the R.R.W. Serak. She seems to be without a CO.

General Keshka: Decloak us, and hail the Earther and Romulan vessel
Ch'gren: Yes sir, decloaking us.

Baroan: Well, I would be honored if her crew would have me. Sadly, I have to stay with the majority of my crew. If the Serak is seriously undermanned, and most of my crew can make it, I will command that glorious warbird. If not, then Oliah will take the necessary crew and command her while I stay with Kran here.
*Just then, the Klingons appear*
OOC: As you can see, Baroan rather likes the Mogai warbirds.

*The crew of both ships listens to the Klingon message.*
Kran: Thank you General. We will finish our preparations and then we'er going after the Pran.
Tol'ina: Well it looks like we'er putting together quite the party! Baroan, the Serak is one of my old ships. I brought her out of mothball because of your lack of one. She is a little dated but her singularity core could keep two D'edredex running at full power. She really only has enough crew to fly her, so anyone you can bring with you would be helpful. Baroan, this is more than a simple loan. If you want her, she is yours. Think of it as a thank you for your role in the treaty.

* He salutes Kran and moves to the transporter room. He is beamed to the bridge of the Serak.*
Tran: Undine scum. I will not share my secrets.
*Trans suit reactivates, and he freezes the two Undine*
Tran: System, send a transmitter from the Pran. Send them this messgae: This is Thot Tran of the Breen Confederacy, the senior staff of the Pran are Undine infiltrators. We are being held in Fluidic Space, please assisst us. Tran out.

Kran: Now if everyone is situated, lets get underway.
*A few hours later the Umbra, Alidar's Revenge, Serak, and Batlh drop out of warp in front of the Pran with shields raised.*
Kran: Hail them! This is Vice Admiral Kran Su of the Federation Starship Umbra. You have killed thousands of people and destroyed the Federation's shipyard. Surrender now or you will be destroyed.

Baroan: Geyan, set the core's controls to my console. I want all crew in escape pods. Set us on a collision course, but don't activate it. *He looks around at the crew* This ship is incredibly dangerous. I saw it take out a D'Deridex and Mogai from the Tal'shiar in under five seconds. Morgan: Sir, the Serak just beamed most of her crew to the Umbra.
Tol'ina: What? Hail them!
Morgan: Open sir.
Tol'ina: By the Elements Baroan! What are you thinking? Give Kran a chance! Do you think he would have brought us here if didn't think we could win?

*Baroan is at a console, making preperations. He dosen't even look up*
Baroan: A precaution Commander. Nothing more. Seeming as none of us have any idea what the weapon that is on the Pran can do, other than that it obviously has the firepower to obliterate a major Federation shipyard, I would assume it could destroy a Mogai, Dyson Science Destroyer, and Galaxy in a few shots...

Baroan: The Republic nor I won anything without being prepared or having a backup.

Tol'ina: A word of advice. Don't wright the Umbra off as a normal ship... You haven't seen half of what she can do...

Gunman Dlor, putting his gun to Trans head: Now, Undine, why don't you begin reverting back?
*The Undine begins reverting back, as Dlor shoots him in the neck, killing him*
Sensors officer: Sir, an Undine shuttle just came out of warp, they're hailing us, and the fleet.
Dlor: Put them on
Tran: Greetings fleet, and Pran, I am not sure if you recieved my message, but the late Supreme Commander Pror, the man who ordered the attack, was an Undine, as well as my senior staff, and me. Pror, the Undine Pror, was killed by a Lavra Black-ops team. I have my real senior staff as well as many Federation, Breen, Klingon and Romulan, prisoners here in my shuttle. Please try to understand, these were the actions of an Undine. You can also have the prisoners. Pran, beam over all Breen lifesigns. Tran out.

Kran: Can you prove that it was Undine? I mean no dishonor but you must understand, many people died.
B.C.V. Pran
Tran: maybe this will prove it?
*Tran pulls the Undines dead body up to the viewscreen. He also uploads a Breen Intelligence file, with confirmation of Pror being an undine, and send it to the Umbra*
Tran: Believe me now? I suggest a summit, at DS9, to discuss relations between our people. Also a warning, any hostile action taken against us will result in severe repercussions, and we are in a perfect position to cause severe casualties on the Federation. Also, please contact your superiors with the offer of peace and an alliance with the Breen Confederacy. Do not let both of our people suffer. Pran out.

Baroan: I just know D'Tan will send me to conduct diplomacy with the Breen. Actually, I'm pretty excited.
Oliah: Why, sir?
Baroan: It's a species we know nothing about! We get to be the first ones who get to know them. Their political structure, history, language, food, everything! There might even be multiple races we get to learn about!
Geyan: Sir, we would be conducting diplomatic procedures with them, not, how do you humans say it, playing tourist.
Baroan: Geyan, part of being a diplomat is playing tourist! I thought you knew that.
Killyah: Sir, go easy on us. We weren't around during the political era of your career.
Baroan, with a sad expression: Yeah, I know. I just get into it sometimes and... Anyway, Kran could you drop us of at mol'Rihan? It would be appreciated.

Chancellor Zyrak: Thot Tran, as Pror is no longer with us, we require someone to be supreme Commander, of the Breen forces.
Tran, knowing what was coming: I assume you want me to be Supreme commander, then?
Zyrak: Yes. Yes, I do. We are now discussing peace with the Federation, Klingons and Romulans. A greater day has not been seen in the Breen Confederacy since the day "Thot" Trel was killed.
Tran: Thank you, sir. Just one question, but where shall w be meeting?
Zyrak: Deep Space 28, most likely, since it borders most of our territories.
Tran: Yes, sir.
Starfleet command
Vice Admiral James Starlingheart: As I'm sure you are aware of, the Breen Confederacy has made it clear they wish peace. Thot Tran, Commander of the B.C.V. Pran, who was replaced by an Undine infiltrator, discussed a summit. Most likely, it'll take place of Deep Space 28, since it borders our territory. Virtually nothing is known about the Breen Government, as any spy placed inside the Confederacy is found out, and executed. We also have no idea about the Command structure of the Breen Confederacy, although my Breen officer, Jek, shed some light on it. A H'ren is their equivilant of an Ensign, Ak'ched being their equivilant of a Lieutenant. Vel'sh is their equivilant of a Commander, and Thot is their equivilant of both a Captain and an Admiral. The ruling council is lead by a Chancellor, with 10 members of the council, who take part in the day to day running of the Confederacy. As you're guessing, I think we should take this oppurtunity. The Breen have been shown to be powerful, as Krans report pointed out.
Admiral Johnson: I agree. The Breen would be a powerful ally. I suggest we send Kran and Admiral Starlingheart, as well as Jiro Sugihara.
Admiral Marcus: Agreed.
Rear Admiral Janor: I concur, the most logical path of action is to send people with experiences with the Breen. Starlingheart, as you have a Breen officer, and Kran as he is well acquintated with Tran. Jiro, is one of our top diplomats, and has had a small experience with the Breen.
James: well, when shall we be meeting?
Fleet Admiral Jarvis: Tomorrow. The Umbra and Endeavour shall depart today. Meeting adjourned.
*James, and Jiro Sugihara, walked towards the docking area, and boarded the Oddesey class cruiser, U.S.S. Endeavour, and waited for the Umbra*
MACO guard: Move it, hurry up.
*T'vor smiles, and grabs the guards phaser, without him noticing*
T'vor, smiling: I'm coming
*He points the phaser at the guard, and fires, killing the guard. He takes out the other MACOs as well*
T'vor: Computer, beam me to shuttlecraft Galaleio
*T'vor is beamed out of the facility*
T'vor: as Humans say, ' asta la vista, baby"
*T'vor fires a group of torpedos at the Facility, destroying it*
T'vor: Computer, set course for Starbase 28, maximum warp.

Geyan: Obiously a Romulan woman by the name of Tol'ina. Part of the military by the looks of the uniform.
Baroan: Security detail at Khitomer then?

I.K.S. Batlh, Fleet Mogh
General Keshka: Decloak us, and hail the Earther and Romulan vessel
Ch'gren: Yes sir, decloaking us.
Keshka: Starfleet and Republic vessels, this is the I.K.S. Batlh, here to offer assisstance against the Breen. Batlh out.
OOC: The Klingons have arrived!
Tran out.
OOC: Nice one Jmaster! Did not see that coming.
Oliah: Sir, I think I speak for the cre-
Baroan: No time for that. Killyah, beam them to the Umbra's shuttlebay for safety.
Killyah:Yes sir.
* The bridge crew is beamed off the bridge*
Baroan, muttering: Is this what should be done? Oh father, what would you have done....
OOC: Tol'ina's tactical officer is a human named Morgan.
Baroan: A precaution Commander. Nothing more. Seeming as none of us have any idea what the weapon that is on the Pran can do, other than that it obviously has the firepower to obliterate a major Federation shipyard, I would assume it could destroy a Mogai, Dyson Science Destroyer, and Galaxy in a few shots...
*He turns and looks at the screen. His face is completely deadpan*
Baroan: The Republic nor I won anything without being prepared or having a backup.
OOC: D'Deridex? She is flying a Dyson science destroyer.
*Tol'ina looks at Baroan, worry clearly in her eyes.*
Tol'ina: Ok... Just don't go killing yourself for no reason...
*Tol'ina reaches for a console to close the hail, but stops halfway and looks back at Baroan.*
Tol'ina: A word of advice. Don't wright the Umbra off as a normal ship... You haven't seen half of what she can do...
*The channel closes.*
*Baroan goes back to the console*
Baroan: Hmm, she thinks I'm an idiot diplomat.... I fully know the Umbra is special. Any damn ship in the Temporal Agency is special. What she doesn't get is that the Pran might be the Umbra's only equal now...
*He sits in the captain chair and waits for the Breens answer*
B.C.V. Pran
Tran out.
Baroan, to Kran over hail: If he dosen't answer soon, I will open fire with everything I have...
Pran out.
Baroan: Well, it looks authentice. But an alliance with the Breen seems to good to be true. I meam, I'd have settled for a trade treaty a week ago...
B.C.V. Pran
Tran: In what way? Many in the Fedration said the same thing about the Klingon Empire, the Romulan Republic itself was under constant scrutiny in the eyes of the Federation, until they proved themselv-
Sensor officer: Sir, 1279 Nicor class Undine vessels just came out of warp. 600 Tethys dreadnaughts as well, sir. It's a massive assualt force.
Tran: Sevta, send out a distress call, raise shields, activate weapons. This is Thot Tran of the Breen Confederacy, Breen fleet, please declozk.
*Just then, 200 Plesh Brek frigates, 137 Chell'Grett warships and 40 Sarr Theln warships decloak*
I.K.S. Batlh
Keshka: Klingon fleet, NOW! Full power to weapons. Today is a good day to die!
*A Klingon fleet, consisting of 29 Hegh'ta Birds of Prey, 25 Vor'cha class Battlecruisers and 4 Bortasqu's, decloaked*
Baroan, on comm: Killyah, transport.
Killyah, in the transporter of the Umbra: Yes sir. Energizing.
*He appears in the room*
Oliah, standing next to Killyah: Welcome back sir.
Baroan: Good to be back.
*They make their way to the bridge*
*Kran hails Tol'ina.*
Kran: Well Tol'ina, shall we dance?
*Tol'ina smiles.*
Tol'ina: Of course.
*Both ships cloak. They then appear behind the Undine fleet and begin moving back to the Klingon and Breen fleet spiraling around each other venting warp plasma. They do this a such a speed that they are back in a mater of seconds. They then both break off and the Umbra fires a anti-proton beam into the plasma, igniting it. This causes an explosion that knocks out any Undine vessels that were unlucky enough to be near it.*
*After that, the Serak's mirrors disappear and the original makes inside the fleet. The core implodes and takes out the capital ship and surrounding ships. Half the fleet seems to be left. Baraon and his officers make it in enough time to see it.*
Baroan, smiling: I told Tol'ina that it would come in handy. I do hope she dosen't mind the lose of her ship though...
Oliah: Of course she won't sir. I have a feeling what they just did would only work once. Now we have to fight the rest of the fleet with our two.
OOC: I just realised that I left my crew at mol'Rihan. Lets just pretend that I didn't do that.
OOC: Lets just say they were on the Serak when Tol'ina brought her over.
Kran: Well hello Baroan. I can't say I was expecting to see you here so soon.
*Ellen gets up and heads to a tactical console.*
Kran: Well as long as you are here, take your seat. We still have a fleet to destroy!
*He moves to the chair and sits down.*
Baroan: I have to say though, that maneuver you and Tol'ina pulled was very beautiful and especially devistating.
*Kran smiles.*
Kran: When you know someone for as long as I have known Tol'ina, you tend to get good at working with them. Now, for the Undine. Attack pattern delta four!
*The battle begins on both sides. Heavy casualties were sustained on both sides but the Undine were defeated.*
Kran: Hail the Pran. Thank you Throt Tran. I will be in contact with my superiors regarding your offer. I will contact you with their response.
*The channel closes and both the Umbra and the Alidar's Revenge warp out.*
Kran: Not a problem.
*The Umbra arrives at mol'Rihan and begins dropping off Baroan's crew.*
Kran: Well Baroan, It's been fun. I'll be in orbit for a few hours filling out reports. After that I'm off to Earth to present Tran's offer. I hope to see you again on DS9.
*Kran extends his hand for a handshake.*
Baroan: If you need help any time, just call me. I might even bring a full fleet if you need it!
