...this past game day, at one point while looking to que for an Azure run, I came across the pve list choked with 'CGE' and 'cge' labels, that kept flickering between both upper and lower case versions, constantly, like it was some flickering marquee.
I've been noticing a of of such instability, from doff stuff, pve ques, that all looks like sloppy code, leaking through everywhere, and things not 'remembering' stuff, like boff placement on out internal bridges, and other such places.
what?? Youve never seen what a hacker can do when they put their minds to it?? Its been doing this for over a week now.. These are either alpha test names or a hacker got into the server.. Its annoying..
Hacker? Are you joking, please tell me your joking? It's just a minor bug when someone creates a private mission and the name appears all over the place. Nothing new, nothing special.
Yeah, just some display corruption. If you go into the Join Existing tab and look at the top you'll usually see it right there.
Tip: Check what mission that private group is, then set your filter settings to exclude it. Viola, the display cleans up.
This doesn't help you much if that happens to be the mission you're trying to join, but in that case set it to exclude as much else as you can so you have less things to click through to find it.

There is an anoying bug related to the PvE list, but that wasn't an hacking attempt, it just uses the name of a private PvE game for all other matches from time to time. Omfg are just our fleet initials, it is a little disturbing to be focused like this . But that may explain why we got a random 6th player jumping in our 5 player stf private lobby...

::LOL::: sorry about that.. Awesome fleet initials though
Next time it happens, click the very next tab in that window, "join existing."
I have always found that whatever name is being displayed in place of the mission name matches exactly with the name of a player who started a mission that is running.
I've never seen more than one name match up to the incorrect mission name(s). Also, while not every mission necessarily displays the string of incorrect text the name that matches it in the join existing tab is always in a mission which is displaying the incorrect title.
i have been seeing the pve list change name many times and the reply i get is its a bug. well now it says pornstar,s game on every one of them that is no bug its a hack or exploit i have linked a pic of the pve list
I logged into the game and opened my PvE Queue to join a CE misison, but I find all the available Quick Play missions are named the same thing... And it's something not entirely ... wholesome. I scroll down and it's all the same. I closed and re-opened the queues and the correct names showed for a moment, then quickly were replaced with the dupicate, bad name.
Mods please remove picture link if this is considered too bad for posting, but here's a screenshot for proof/detail of what I'm talking about:
The problem is that private queue names are showing up in the Quick Play window in place of the actual event names. Players had posted about this bug already in at least 1 thread. I've even seen screenshots in some posts about it showing naughty names in the Quick Play window that overwrote the actual names of the various events. How players are able to use such names for creating private queues is beyond me.
It seems to be just a display issue. You can queue up normally for the various events but if you don't remember which event is which you have to select an event in the list and take a guess according to the picture on the right side of the window with the event details. From what I've seen, it doesn't force you to join private queues or even attempt it. I imagine if it did you would get some sort of error saying you need to be invited first.
Edit: I think this bug was fixed in a patch on Tribble test server but hasn't gone live yet. Perhaps in the big bug fix patch in, hopefully, a couple days on the normal Thursday patch schedule.
That's a bug. The queues will randomly change names to names of private queues, and in this case a badly named one.
A bug which should've been squashed in a matter of hours. It's been WEEKS since this bug started appearing in the queues. What's the status on fixing it?

I don't know, I'm just simply saying that the queue is not TRIBBLE.
"The meaning of victory is not to merely defeat your enemy but to destroy him, to completely eradicate him from living memory, to leave no remnant of his endeavours, to crush utterly his achievement and remove from all record his every trace of existence. From that defeat no enemy can ever recover. That is the meaning of victory."

And I was queued for an ESTF, but put into a normal STF...
We should start posting all of our results.
I havn't seen a epic fail since the "Demoted to Eng -43" bug in Season 1.5
The what?
Infinite possibilities have implications that could not be completely understood if you turned this entire universe into a giant supercomputer.

We prefer 'colorful'.
The serve was mad, but the volley was perfect.
