I have not seen this mentioned before, but during a couple of space battles for Omega Reputation , I could clearly hear other people speaking into their mics (I do not have voice chat enabled myself). I do not believe they were aware, so I just turned off the speakers so I did not feel like I was unintentionally spying on them, as I could also hear family members in the background. I felt like a bit of a creep.....

Is there any way to pick up where you leave off in the interminable large download of the new patch? I can't sit online for 3-4 hours at a time.

I take it you missed on the little blue clickable link that takes you to the patch notes.

Did the notes say anything about losing slip stream drive during the tour? Once I warped into another sector it was gone, instead of resuming with the remaining time left. Did Cryptic remove that feature or is it a bug? At one time I could warp through two sector blocks during the tour, now it takes forever to complete a lap.

I'm very happy to see the cancel ability. Only question I have is do we get back whatever we put into the task if we've started....

But, this really is a good thing.

So far, love the new content. Thanks Cryptic!

could you guys also make it so we could delete IGM I'm sure I'm not the only one on here that keeps getting spam about a site offering Energy credits to sell and buy

Almost each day that I have logged in for the last 2-3 weeks I have also received the same message. I report it as spam, then the following day a different user sends me the exact same message. I have noticed, however, that each time, whatever the @handle is, the character name is the same (if this helps at all.....). Not vital, I am sure, but with the mail being the way it is lately, this is adding to the large back-log of mail which requires deletion.

I suppose one day I'll actually get to PLAY the game I'm paying for..............instead of reading patch notes and starring at a clock waiting for your labors to complete............

I've never received one of those.

Perhaps visiting the sites that offer these "deals" is not such a good idea...

I've been getting these repeatedly myself. It has nothing to do with visiting any such website. All it does for me is clog up the already messed up mail system :)

I believe the Devs said in the past all contributions would be lost if canceled.

Wonders how long this still will be lasting ? It's already frustrating that my main character is jammed in the neverending "Server Not Responding" bug, but hey, I could level my kdf and romulan character. Now, at this moment, I can't do nothing at all !!! Would love to see an update or estimated concerning this.
OK, if I have to stay here for a while, your cieling ... looks idious.:D

I do hope the mail is part of the stability fix.

I like the fact that nobody even touches the subject that us regular f2p users still have to que

are there any real fixes for that planned ?, or is that just going to be used as an extra encouragement to get ppl to get life time sub's ?

What are you talking about, i haven't seen a queue for the last 2 days and i am a F2P user.
This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

    Please, please, fix the mail!

Not only am I unable to delete mails, but me and everyone else is having trouble sending me mails. I've been told that there's now an item cap in the mail (correct me if I'm wrong) but if so, cleaning out my mailbox doesn't always seem to create more space. I think possibly it thinks the items I've taken out of the mails I can't delete are still there, so I'm hoping whatever the issue is, fixing the "can't delete mail" bug will fix it. This is seriously impacting my gameplay. It is quite tiresome to have to do so many direct trades rather than picking something up later.

I'd appreciate significant time and resources devoted to fixing this issue fast. I hope that whenever a fix for the problem is arrived at, the maintenance will be scheduled promptly. I'd hate to have to wait until next Thursday, or even the Thursday after, if I didn't have to. Thanks.

Ok when are you going to fix the issue about ships having their own personal tray saved settings. I won't buy any more zen ships until that is fixed.

Seriously; having to set that up again every time you change to another ship REALLY pisses me off!

Perhaps not... but, something has caused them to latch onto your email.

It's not very likely that they just happen to pluck you out of thin air.

At some point, something you did, brought you to their attention.

Just don't lock the tray. If you lock it, when you switch ships your tray will be all messed up. If you leave all your ship trays unlocked, you can switch between them seamlessly, with no tray issues. I have about 4 different ships I jump between on one of my toons, and since I stopped locking the tray, it saves the layout for the individual ships with no problem.

I have a few suggestions for things that need fixing:
    1) Everyone who is whining about mail should get stuffed in a locker.
    2) Everyone whining about Transwarp should be paddled until unable to sit
3)Massage artist should be placed in the dev room
    4) FIX THE LOG IN ISSUES

Sorry, I'm in charge of managing the Starbase, we just moved up to Tier IV, and I haven't been able to log in since LoR crashed upon us.

For the record, I'm on a fresh wineskin and I get to the first screen (sometimes all the way to the character selection screen), the screen flashes black a couple times, then the whole computer locks up... except for the music.... the music keeps playing.... over and over..... please make it stop.....

HAHA, buy a proper computer then...

Just curious but what happened to the special accolade or title for playing in the Tribble weekend for over an hour? I have sent tickets on other items that involves characters and game and game play issues.:D

That is usually announced a while later (few weeks or more)

Patch notes are linked above :) We're still working on a fix for why players are unable to delete mail.

Glad it's being looked into, from what I noticed is all the mail I can't delete is Exchange notifications, but some I could delete, looking at it further I realised the ones I could delete, looking at the actual message details, were from Exchange, the ones I couldn't delete were from Exchange (Holodeck). While I realise we are on the Holodeck server the fact I'm getting the messages from two different sources in that sense may have something to do with it

I'm not calling you a liar, but I don't lock my trays and they reset ALL THE TIME. I am, however, an infrequent player. I binge out on STO for a month or two, and then do other stuff.

Also I noticed someone recommending not locking trays, I have all of mine locked,on my fed' I switch between 10 different ships, not everyday but I switch quite often, never have any problems whatsoever. However I do have a separate bridge crew for each ship, that may have something to do with it.

I would like to suggest this maybe correct, i have a few ships, and do no lock my trays, and never have, i do however have some different crew and some the same, my toolbar is often messed up.

    Hi Captains!

Maintenance is going well, but we do need around 30 extra minutes. Our ETA for getting you back in-game is less than 1 hour from now.

    Cheers,

Looks like we may be onto something! Is it the ones that you move from ship to ship that move around in the trays?
