Well, at least we know Cryptic's trying to do things better. Now they've arranged things so they can much more efficiently TRIBBLE off WAY more people at once. And at least now we can know how many other people are pissed off along with us at the same time. It takes all the guesswork out of it.

I bought legacy pack too, just wonwring what datew I get to play it. those ****ers keep you waiting on a line longer than .... Have waited for 5 hours to play now but the waiting list just get longer and I don't move forward. What a bunch of croocks. Maybe I should start hacking them instead, and don't think I can't :-)
I feel left out and badly treated, there is NO customer service, and YES I payed for legacy pack.
How many hours more should I wait, I'm number 10855 in line to play of 17566

Que position is not changing....must be pretty stable if no one is getting disconnected. (just looking for a silver lining)

This is a pretty bad launch in my opinion. Not as bad as season 4, but still pretty bad. Not acceptable from a company like Cryptic. They should know that a great number of people would be logging in for this, as many have been waiting for Romulans for some time.
Upgrade your servers please and make sure that content is working & have enough power to handle high server load before shooting yourself in the foot. This could have been the big release to put STO on the map of mainstream games out there on the market, but I got a feeling this will be unlikely now.
With one small fix after another, at least things are definitively moving in the right direction. I don't know how such glaring errors got through all the beta testing, but at least the servers could have been prepared for the inevitable traffic surge as soon as they were brought back online. I do appreciate that so much effort is going into fixing the issues, it just makes for a black eye in what should have been a great photo op for the game. Again, I don't want to be too harsh, because I still love this game and the devs ideas. Beta should be just be a bit more thorough.
After waiting for most of the day, patch is a patch, But now I have to wait in line ?? What the hell is going on? I Know the money is there, Get another server or 2.. What's the problem?
I would say I'm Logged in But have to wait since I'm #399 of 5798 or somewhere in there..
COME on.. Up the throttle speed on the server and lets get back to gaming..

I'm yet to see what the update contains, but I suspect there will be a lot of situations I'll do a face-palm.
I was 19283 out of 23893 for an hour than it started to go down and I was playing in about 2 mins. 30 secs later, disconnected from server. The graphics I saw when I got in look great and it looks like so many new things to learn. If I can ever get back in.
So a PAID player who already waited ten minutes in line to get into the game (when, btw, there shouldn't be a line to begin with) has to RE-QUEUE when changing toons and get BACK in line?? Are you kidding me??

They got a nice preview of this nonsense from the amby promo, and they didn't learn anything from that apparently.
I guess we'll all have to wait a week or so to get things back to normal.
