Left: Standard day to day uniform. Sierra 4 Open. Gold command badge and rank insignia, I use silver for the rest. Temporal Ambassador belt.
Middle: Combat gear. Omega Force Type 2. I didn't use the chest piece with extra grenades/pockets as I feel it looks too bulky. Also wanted a somewhat camo look that could "blend in" with a lot of environments.
Right: Dress/Diplomatic uniform. Also wears white gloves, though you can't see those.
Crew:
Fairly standardized setup with Sierra Open 4 as a base. Badges and rank insignia in silver. I liked the way the skirt shows off the Trill spots so... why not? Also gave the Liberated Borg a more unique look by keeping the Borg pants, some gloves, and different boots instead of plain black.
Others:
1: My other science BOFF (Diplomacy Tier 4 reward BOFF). Not exactly standard issue for a chief medical officer. Oh well. You will forgive me this one indulgance.
2: My KDF Joined Trill captain. I consider him sort of a spy character, if you need a justification for the Temporal Ambassador belt.
3: Klingon tactical officer.
4: A Lethean Engineer.
5: A KDF Orion Cheif Medical Officer.
Sorry I know the little white bits there are ugly.

My crew, missing a fifth who I simply forgot to screenshot, but I hope you see the theme though she's in a MACO outfit.
What theme?
You mean a lot of grenades and a overall non Starfleet look?
No critic here i am just curious.

Sorry, I'm not the best at this image cropping thing. There's a slight red line on the pants that doesn't quite show here, and the gloves are black with red details you can sort of make out, but I think the gist of it gets through just fine.

I have a bunch of uniforms that I'd like to post, but I'm not sure how I get that tailor background without having the directional arrows at the bottom. How do I get just the screenshot of the character and the background?

This character is why I don't play my Romulan any more. Tovan Khev is NOT my BFF! Get him off my bridge!
As all of my characters (except for one "Temporally Displaced" officer and a Klingon) are members of the 35th Fleet, they all follow this Uniform Dress Code to the letter.
The 35th Fleet has a "Naval" tradition, with it's flagship tracing it's origins back to the early 22nd Century Earth Navy. This tradition carries on today with the wearing of "blues and whites" for uniforms, rather than standard departmental colors.
Notes:
Jumpsuits can be worn by both officers and enlisted personnel, as was done on Earth submarines.
Field Gear is generally worn only by officers. Enlisted personnel would generally wear jumpsuits in the field. Flag Officers that beam down into hostile territory are required to wear Field Gear with no rank insignia, so they can not be identified as a Flag Officer and targeted.
Cadets who conduct their field studies with the 35th Fleet adopt the fleet's variation of the standard Starfleet cadet uniform.
Adjutants to Flag Officers wear the same duty uniform as a Flag Officer, denoting their position on the Flag Officer's staff.
General Officers may choose between wearing the Duty Uniform or the Alternate Duty Uniform.
All Dress Uniforms are "Whites" following Naval Tradition. Flag Officer Whites are adorned in Gold trim, General Officer Whites are adorned in Silver trim. Enlisted Whites are adorned with no trim.

I'm thinking maybe pancakes." ~ John Casey
Those are OMEGA Force uniforms. He probably just has them equipped with OMEGA Force gear.
Looks like the old tailor 'feature/bug' to me. You could enter a command line in to the chat box to unlock the 'unrestricted' uniform/costume type - allowing BOFFs to wear MACO, Omega and any off duty uniforms - in any combination.
Unfortunately, Cryptic patched that out of existence in Season 7. I don't think Brigadoom will be able to repeat it if he ever decides to change them. (Notice the Andorian on the left is using a combination of Omega trousers and Enterprise mirror shirt)

OOOOH!!! OOOOH!!! I actually know this one.

Thanks for the tip! I had actually tried that, and got a screenshot, but because the UI didn't actually vanish in game while in the tailor, I thought it hadn't worked! XD
These are the uniforms that all my Federation crews wear:
From left to right:
Flag Officer (Vice Admiral), Command Division, Engineering/Operations/Security Division, Science Division, Medical Division.
My 29th Century crew of the Federation Timeship, U.S.S. Hartnell wear these uniforms:
From left to right: Command Division, Engineering/Operations/Security Division, Science Division, Medical Division.
My Klingon character has a less defined uniform, but still with an overall colour scheme:
From left to right: Lieutenant General, First Officer, Second Officer, Third Officer, New Romulus Military Representative.

I enjoy all the uniform photos. How do you get your whole crew together for a screenshot, though? Also, anyone else think that the new tailor shop is confusing, or is it just me?

You can get a group photo by beaming down to an adventure spot. Pick up an early replay mission and you'll end up in ground zone eventually.
Nothing really spectacular on my end. This is my imagination of a true-to-canon look that fits into the weird alternate reality STO is set in.
Starfleet space duty uniforms.
Command, Engineering/Operations/Security, Science and Medical departments as we know them from TNG. Not in the picture: Enlisted and junior officers wear the "DS9" uniform in the same color pattern, missing the "buffed" shoulders and department colored strips at the sleeves. The "wrath of khan" belt is worn by commanding officers (Commander and up)
Starfleet ground duty uniforms.
These uniforms are worn by crews partaking in long-term ground operations - extended landings (like the Intrepid Class is capable of), service in Starfleet ground facilities and so on. Same department colors, same enlisted-variant.
KDF uniforms
My KDF uniforms. Pretty straight-forward.
Starfleet tactical uniform (space)
My homage to the more combat-heavy nature of STO and the strongest deviation from source material. These are the combat uniforms (space) worn by tactical operatives like boarding parties. The uniform has also a ground combat variant colored accordingly to the ground duty uniform. Those are inspired by the "Hazard Team" uniforms featured in the game ST:VOY Elite Force.
My Klingon Honor Guard / Starfleet Special Task Force (refuse to call them M.A.C.O) armours are STOs original variants.
^ Memory Alpha.org is not canon. It's a open wiki with arbitrary rules. Only what can be cited from an episode is. ^
"No. Men do not roar. Women roar. Then they hurl heavy objects... and claw at you." -Worf, son of Mogh

It took a lot of tweaking, but, I'm finally happy with this look. I mixed ST canon periods with some color changes to get three uniform classes for my FedSci skipper.
Left to right: Class B Duty Uniform, Class C Summer Uniform, Class A Dress Blues.
Duty uniform variants on board the USS Artemis worn by her senior staff. They come in two patterns and personel are more or less free to chose.
1) TNG Film with div color on shirt
2)TNG Command Variant with Div color on shoulders.
The Tac/security Chief's uniform is an homage to the classic "red shirts". The Chief Engineer prefers that his people wear the variant less likely to snag on equipment.
Division colors: Sciences-Blue, Tactical/Security-Red, Engineering/Operations-Gold. No specific command color, the skipper likes to make sure everyone knows he's a scientist, he's a bit quirky that way.
The one thing I don't like about the character screen is the HUD floating in front of the Sci officer's face.
Guess I'll jump into this thread since it is a topic that actually interests me (translation: I spend entirely too much time in the tailor screens.)
This is my main Science captain and her two main uniform choices. The left is a dress uniform concept I've been playing around with (I'm aware of the diplomatic uniforms from the TNG films, I'm just looking to see what I can come up with) and the right is her standard duty uniform.
The crew uniforms, left to right. Science, Medical, Operations/Security, and Command. Only difference between captain's command uniform and the subordinates is the belt.
As for my main KDF type, I unlocked the Elite Commander version of the Honour Guard a long time ago and fell in love with it then, it has become my uniform of choice. That said, I tried to come up with something a bit dressier/showing off decorations and such and the right is that.

Looks wonderfull, but one question if I am allowed to:
How did you get the Mercenery Outfits onto your Boffs? I thought I could give them just the standard uniforms?
Those are OMEGA Force uniforms. He probably just has them equipped with OMEGA Force gear.
Thanks
I am not doing this Reputation stuff so I thought it was the Mercenary Outfit.:D

Is there a way (that still works) to show BOffs in reputation armor without their helmets like this?
Sadly no. You used to be able to do so with console commands, but they have been nerfed out
