Further on my Science character's gameplay, I find that the Call For Help option, when my captain is 'dead'... it no longer works on my Boffs.
Sometimes they come near my position on their own and resusicate me. Other times, they just stand still for no reason, forcing me to respawn.
And on the matter of resusicating, if they're standing next to one of their downed own (read: 'dead'), the Boff will not attempt to resusicate at all. The Captain (me) is forced to do that job.
These can be majorly annoying bugs if left unchecked. Can they be fixed soon, please?

The exchange isn't listing items added after season six went live.
What I found is that you have to search a specific category for items to show up. Searching on the "All" tab for "Armored Environmental Suit doesn't seem to work, but if I go to, say, "Personal Armor" and do the same search, I get listings. It seems it's just searching on the "All" tab that is not working for me.

Are they resuscitating others down BOFFs? There was an old bug introduced with Season 5 that hung around for a while where they would not aid each other and behaved in a similar manner you are talking about.
I am starting to begin to thinks with all of these older bugs resurfacing that corrections made in the old code branch were not made in the new updated code branch for Season 6.

No, the issues I'm describing are during solo play, with my own ship's Boffs.
They're not game-breaking (the worst that could happen is I need to respawn a little distance away), but they are annoying.

And now in Hunter The Hunters mission, at the final ship fight, our Hirogen commander warps out the first time to set up his minefield...
But after he disappears, he never reappears. Him, or the mines, nowhere on the map. Resetting the map does nothing, but no feedback on if dropping the mission has any effect yet.

Second Wave Mission (Dominion Domination) is badly bugged at the end of the mission when you warp to bajor to collect the rewards. There is no pop-ups for completion or rewards and the mission immediately starts over to the beginning. After i finished the quest and tried every method available i restarted the pc and tried the mission again and it did the same thing. I am also fighting invisible ships that fire at me in missions, and going over floors that are flashing, black unfinished, and not completed. The consoles that give you data chips and dilithium for answering questions are not allowing anyone to access them.
Going through every mission after Season Six hit with a new character is working wonders.
So this time today, I was oneshotted by a Reman commander's telepathic attack. I had no damage resistance anything, and he killed me in one hit. Having some damage resistance allowed one to survive this attack, barely, but not much else.
But this isn't an exploration cluster Reman mob, which do this regulary. This was the final ground boss in Ground Zero, before he had to beam up for the final ship fight.
I beat him, but only after I had to respawn three times, along with my entire Boff team.
This guy needs his damage numbers tweaked. Exploration mobs is one thing, but a storyline boss is another

If you filter your search by rarity, like very rare, although the search result items come up as the requested quality, above it in the text it says "rare" instead. This also happens to rare items except it says they're "uncommon".

Add to the list; Autocompletion in chat is now totally fscked. Formerly we could use our arrow keys to quickly select a player in the list, end press enter to finish the name like @marctraider, now we totally need to do everything manually with the mouse, click, move, click, move.
Enter, and arrow buttons when typing in the chat window is totally screwed now.
Here are two more, but don't know if the first one was already there.
1 - The lower and upper right doors on the Regulus Sector are not working right. The pop up actually goes away and you have to hit reverse and back up if you miss it.
2 - In some cases weapons are unable to be fired on the two ground missions, Colony Invasion and Starbase Incursion. Switching back and for out of shooter to RPG modes fixes it for a little while. It only happens sometimes and in certain situations but I have now had it happen on my Fed Science, Tac, and Engineer.

If you were fighting Jem'Hadar or Breen that's supposed to happen because of the ability of Polaron weapons.

Well that's odd... because in all my time being hit by Polaron weapons, all I've seen it do is weaken healing effects (normal Med Generator did +9 every second, but after a barrage of Polaron, it did like 3 or 4).
Or maybe I'm thinking of something else.

So you can now have the bank window open while you walk all around ESD and DS9... haven't tested anywhere else but I can assume its the same.
You can also now roll infinitely, even through the cooldown bar.
A lot of the times I cannot invite someone to my team and I have to have them request to join or join them instead, not huge... just very annoying.
In the new mission Starbase Incursion, sometimes during phase 3 the captain's progress bar will start halfway finished, making it impossible to clear the room twice and then kill him.
Also noticed several Mk XII items on the exchange that have an X in the bottom right corner instead of XII even though in the item's name it clarifies Mk XII.
Also transwarp to Kasan Cluster with the freighter is broken...
Can't help but wonder if any of this will be fixed tomorrow or if we're just gonna get more broken content...

actually that always seems to happen with the Orions....
I noticed a new one. You can promote Boffs regardless of whether they have enough skill points to be eligible.
I think I have found a new bug today: The Covershield of my engineer is gone within seconds, when I use it on Cure Ground Elite. Maybe the changes to make it work on Nukara-Prime damaged it in some way.
I can't build a proper bunker, so which sort of engineer am I?

If Star Trek Online was an Open-Source (GPL) Game, we would have a low-grind fork.
On completing a DOFF mission, you have to wait 10-15 seconds for it to clear, seems like a memory leak issue creating lag.
Last night I was doing the easy "blow up the consoles" Tholian Mission and after five I had no option to blow up others. This issue was also present on Tribble.
I've found i have to blow up each of the consoles once.... I can't just wait for it to respawn.
I had encounter almost all of the above bugs too... what i can add are two that occur mostly in the new Starbase Defense missions and some more.
1. Sometimes after been blown away when i hit respawn i dun see my ship at all, if i cloak i see the blur but thats it.
2. In the same missions sometimes i get ship damage (ship injuries)... there is nowhere stated that these are elite missions so i suppose this is not intended.
3. When loading new areas i get server disconnected countdown same as on Tribble till the new area is downloaded and patched.
4. LAG damn big lag with doffs missions, mission rewards and so on... seems you got sloppy code and memory leaks galore with the S6.
Common Cryptic, you just bring the Tribble code directly to live without testing? Seems to me there are lots of bugs that where fixed at some time on the main S5 branch, now there are back again!
#1 - the mission to inspect the 5 "cadets" (forget the Klingon word for it) is bugged about 50% of the time -- on occasion, one of the cadets has everything correct and cannot be disciplined (I've even tried using all of the available items in succession, but this cadet never updates the mission). Therefore, you end up with 4/5 cadets inspected. And, it gets worse -- if you take a while to trial/error all of the things on that cadet, eventually all 5 cadets will salute and leave the hall! The "call the cadets to toe the line" option reappears if you're in the right section of the base, but at this time you CANNOT use it to call the cadets back out to inspect. If you leave the base (beam to ship) and return, at times you can get the cadets to come back out and they will still be at the point you got them to before 4/5 with one cadet correct and unable to discipline him. The only two options? drop the mission therefore resetting the 20 hour cooldown, or keep the mission hoping it unsticks in the next 19.5 hours.
#2 - the mission to pick 5 items off a manifest list and have them delivered by the 5 freighters is totally borked. The manifest list is blank (or the devs picked a text color that is the same as the background). You cannot trial and error this mission because it doesn't track progress and each freighter has like 8-12 items that it could potentially be and since you have to have all 5 freighter/items selected correctly before you know you've completed the mission, the odds of lucking out and picking the correct 5 items are slim. The only real option is to drop the mission, therefore resetting the 20 hour cooldown.
FED Base daily bugged (with workaround):
The PADD mission can be bugged about 25-50% of the time. Occasionally, you can visit all 4 PADDs, scan them and the mission will not complete (theoretically one should be the PADD you're looking for?) You can even revisit the 4 PADDs (OPs, Engineering, Science, Tactical) and rescan them, with no different results.
The workaround -- I finally lucked out and realized that after scanning all 4 PADDs and seeing that the mission is bugged, you can use the mini map beam to sector button (upper left corner of mini map). You will receive the familiar mission complete sound and your mission log will update. You can now re-enter the fleet base system and go to mission giver to complete the mission correctly. Just an added hassle, but at least you can complete this without having to drop the mission and reset your coolldown, thus losing the 5 fleet marks for the day (cough KDF bugged fleet base dailies, cough).
this is getting ridiculous, I've waited with post for a today's maintenance, I thought maybe they'll fix some bugs by the way, but noo that's too much
anyway:
- as you well know KDF Lore mission is still broken
- KDF resource battle (on Quay'Ghun) is also broken, when I go down I got FED HUD plus beaming scientist is... broken, what a surprise
- I have no patients to go and find out about more bugs, seriously CRYPTIC I do like this game, but at this rate even "we pay you to play" isn't gonna help
In the new mission Starbase Incursion, sometimes during phase 3 the captain's progress bar will start halfway finished, making it impossible to clear the room twice and then kill him.
Haven't noticed this, but will be looking out for it now. Pure guesswork: maybe it depends on the number of saboteurs dead/escaped from steps 1+2?
The amount of bugs released with season six is simply astonishing. I am seriously worried that the whole game may become unplayable in the very near future. And what do Cryptic do about it? Release new lockboxes. Hey wake up guys, who is going to be buying your lockboxes if the freaking game is unplayable?
The people who create lockboxes aren't the same people who work on the code fixes...
Seriously, they're working on it. If it's taking this long, there's a reason for it. Lockboxes have nothing to do with it.

I reset all keybinds to default, and hitting <space> (default bound to "/fireall") didn't work either.
*edit*: based on a few other comments, it appears that something related to minelayers has broken.
