The map selector drop down in the PVP challenge screen instantly closes and makes it impossible to select any map aside from Assimilated Cruiser. (problem still exists from tribble)
Sometimes on beaming in the fleet starbase it will spawn you under the map, beaming out and back in can result in the same thing happening over and over again. (problem still exists from tribble)

Here's another one: "Unable to make this purchase. Please try again later." How about waiting three flipping hours to make the same purchase, on the same item, and it STILL comes up? Yeah, real nice.

KDF lore mission bugged- consoles aren't interactible with (they're also fairly immaterial, you can stand in the middle of them).
My camera keeps setting to a close view of my ship every time I beam to it from a ground map. If there's a new setting to avoid this, please do tell.
Also the minimap + and - buttons don't work on Qo'nos First city map.

are you saying the pvp button could go back on the hud? and out of the drop down(of shame)? that would be awesome! there is that dilithium store button in your inventory now, under the refine button so its not needed on the hud anymore imo.
I;d rather have the leaderboard remain as is. Those folks did contribute and if you;re using some sort of payment system like some fleets are, removing those players would make it hard for them to receive credit.
Maybe a mark of some sort would be a better idea?....
PvE queuing is messed up. In some cases when you highlight a new fleet "Event" and queue a group, you get mis-queued for an elite STF. To top it off, if you leave and regroup, people will have the leaver penalty.
Now this WAS also on Tribble and has also been happening since Season 6 hit Tribble.
You guys are letting too many of these bugs slip through even when you are told bout them.
When completing a mission and turning it in, there is a 50/50 chance of it lagging a bit. I completed hearts and minds, and got the accolade and title halfway into my next mission.
When a mission is complete and you turn it in, the mission is still listed in the contact window, traces back to the 50/30 chance of the post-mission lag.
People who leave the fleet will remain on the leaderboard. We may revisit this in the future.
I don't think this is a very good idea at all it's going to make the board very hard to read and keep track of after a while. This whole thing should have been taken out because it's only going to cause the fleet leaders a lot of headaches. We at least need to be able to keep track of who's donated what like with the fleet banks.

This was happening on Tribble and we had about 18 people total in our Tribble fleet. The problem still exists on holodeck after season six went live and our hdeck fleet has about 150 people in it. I don't think it has anything to do with the size of the fleet because we never had more than 10 players on the base at one time. Also the walls of the turbolift is very dangerous, I got Han Solo'd into the wall and had a hell of a time getting out...

Also on the party member list if someone in your party moves to another map it displays their officer type as tactical even if they're a science or engineer. (still exists from tribble)
And a newly discovered bug is that fleets are no longer listed in the friends list

When I played on tribble last weekend every time I went to Memery Alpha as soon as I ran into the second hall from the transporter pad the game crashed and I filed a report on it when I got it to happen over and over.
It did not happen on the holodeck at that time but now that all the data from tribble is now on the holodeck the same thing happened to me last night. I go to Memery Alpha and ran from the transporter pad and a couple of secs after being in the second hallway the game crashed and the crash reporter popped up on my screen.
I made another bug report about it last night but I did not write down the ticket number.
On completing a DOFF mission, you have to wait 10-15 seconds for it to clear, seems like a memory leak issue creating lag.
Last night I was doing the easy "blow up the consoles" Tholian Mission and after five I had no option to blow up others. This issue was also present on Tribble.

Well this should probably go here because it was never fixed for explore missions and is more evident now than ever:
Some dual wielding MOBs have overtly insane DPS and can wipe entire groups.
This is an old bug we have been complaining about for a long time but now in missions like Colony Defense and Starbase Incursion are strikingly evident.
Unable to complete either Lore of the Empire or Learning Lore of the Empire. Neither console allow access to complete missions. This has been happening since S6 release and only to the Character that eas copied to Tribble.
In Federation Blockade it says fleet marks will increase for every transport you save.
Well as it was on Tribble you only get one per transport (pretty stingy) and it does not increase for each additional transport you save as the text would allude to.
Again, this was mentioned when this was on Tribble.
Is it one per transport (i.e. yes it does increase up to 24) or does it scale? Either the text needs to be reworded to be less ambiguous and clearer or this is a bug.
In addition, given you are in combat most of the time and cannot zip around all over the place, many transports are blown up before you even have a chance to get to them. I have done this many many times over the last few days and quite honestly it is no fun to just get clear of combat, hit full impulse only to have the transport blown up just before you get there.
Making things difficult is completely different from having no chance at completing them. I am all for difficult so long as I have a chance.

That's not a bug, it's a change in the default options. The new default is that fighters/mines will only show their HUD if they're targeted... you can change this in the Options menu though, so that it's always visible, or one of the other options.

I saw one of them target and hit one of their own ships with a Heavy Plasma Torpedo.
The first time I lol'd. The second time I knew it was a bug.
Note: they never target each other with their beam weapons, only Heavy Plasma Torpedoes. And only rarely at that (the usual target is me, as should be)

also randomly after i die or enter the map, my kdf character sees the fed hud, not the kdf hud. this corrects itself when i die or change maps though.

It takes two clicks on your toon to change costume, the first time kind of blinks out.
When trying to change an instance, you first change into a random instance and then get the drop down menu to change again.
Maybe a mark of some sort would be a better idea?....
the screen wide messages about someone receiveing something are back, the optinos setting to turn this off has dissapeared pls bring it back

the "fire all mines" and "fire all Phasers + Torps" commands do not work, and the "fire all torpedoes" command is firing mines as well as torpedoes.
Bassiclly any ship using both mins and torps is unplayable right now.

Set to "Free" and "On move", but insists on re-centering even when I'm not moving.
Note --- it doesn't start misbehaving right away, but after some indeterminate amount of time.
