    'tis so nice seeing a flood of replies after a couple of days without any. Also, it's true, I did help shadow get rid of his fleas but he always seems to get more when I'm not looking. He must be a 5-star flea hotel...

    So, Vop and I were testing something out, and my Game crashed. Now I cannot log into R'Mel without it crashing. Dang.

    Do a force verify. See if that fixes your problem.

    Nope. We are AT or slightly beyond the crash barrier and therefore Force Verify doesn't work.

    The problem is that the crash is beyond the account level, but before we can do anything like /stuck or transwarp.

    have you asked for a gm by going to gm help > stuck > unable to load character or transfer maps?

    ofc, doing this on a character you can log into lol

    Ok, I tried that and all I got was an email with a generic "Change zones or transwarp"

    ...

    Edit: Thursday's patch won't solve it. I copied Voporak to Tribble and it still crashed.

    Just like the only one time I contacted customer support over a certain issue, got an answer back that had absolutely nothing to do with my problem.

    It's true what many people say, they don't even attempt to understand even the simplest of questions or requests and just seemingly have a huge list of generic text they paste and hope you'll go away. Needless to say, I did. Terrible support, wasn't going to fool with them. Though thankfully wasn't as dire of a problem as yours. Hope they prove more useful eventually to you two.
