Who Are We?
Built on respect, we're a small, casual group with a rather creative heart ? one family spread across two fleets ... one KDF (Tier V Starbase) and one Fed (Tier IV Starbase).
- A shared in-game private chat channel keeps us in contact with one another.
- A teamspeak server, although it tends to be a quiet place. Many of our players prefer chatting in game, saving voice comms for the coordinated operations ... or for when that socialization bug hits.
Many among us are more "lone wolves."
- Players who enjoy chatting as they play, but primarily run solo.
- Players who on occasion come together in twos and threes to team up for STF, Fleet Mark or PvP runs.
Small but dedicated ... We're still getting the job done.
- FED Starbase: Tier III headed to Tier IV.
- FED Embassy: Currently Upgrading to Tier II
- FED Dilithium Mine: Tier II
- KDF Starbase: Tier IV with Tier V shipyard
- KDF Embassy: Tier II
- FED Dilithium Mine: Tier III
So, if you're looking for a friendly place where you can kick your feet up by the roaring fire without all the drama ... We might be just what you're wanting.
Also Welcome ... Those Who Love a Good Story!
Many of us love a good story and have over active imaginations ? so why not take it to the next level.
As such, some of us (completely optional) have elected to:
- Talk about our characters like they have real stories.
- Have elaborate character bios drafted.
- Actually write stories and log entries about our characters using a fleet supplied personal blog and fleet forums.
- Share the same fictional universe.

If you love being a part of the story, Boq botlhra'ghom (Alliance Central Command) could turn you into an STO fanatic.
Captains all have a story. What's yours?
Samaya Tara: Dimensional Operative
Samaya Tara is from what we call "The Mirror Universe." 10 years ago she was a part of a specially trained team which was sent back into human history to neutralize The Terran Empire before it could arise, and in doing so, freeing the future from it's grasp.
Arriving around 500 BCE (BC) in Earth history, Task Force Bodhi had established itself in the vastness of the remote Himalayan mountains, and designated their hidden base as Shambhala. From this hidden center, operatives were sent into the early civilizations that were newly forming in the Indus valley, and strategic trade routes. The operatives manifested as religious teachers who introduced pacifism, and harmlessness which was extended to non-human life. Eventually the values inculcated into the religious values of the region would spread through human civilization via the major trade routes which criss crossed the region.
A number of operatives achieved notoriety with the locals who viewed them as deities of sorts, and Samaya Tara, though a more covert operative, received her share of notoriety. As one would expect with an Orion female, she gathered quite a following among the humans, and it has only grown with the passage of time.
As we know, the Terran Empire exists in a mirror universe, but it is now known that the work of Task Force Bodhi was an unqualified success. The Terran Empire was prevented, but due to the little understood Abrams Paradox, an alternate timeline was created. Even though this is what we consider to be the prime universe, it must be recognized that this is a mere matter of perspective.

Bu'Garr: Self Liberated Borg
As the 5 man salvage and sapper team worked its way to the reactor core of the crippled Borg sphere, they didn't notice the glint of recognition in 16 of 128's eyes. They passed his regeneration station expecting no reaction as they had previously planted a shutdown subroutine in the collective's matrix before they made this run. Having taken every piece of technology showing sights of promise, and tagging for beam out before the Borg warp core was to be blown, there was nothing but success and celebration ahead.
But the best laid plans...... Out of thin air the team was surrounded, and a smooth loot run just became the fight of the sapper team's lives. Not about to lose their honor, and become a machine, the fight was on. One, two, and three drones were blasted before the Borg adapted. Commander Krag fell when the tubes found the back of his neck infesting him with nanites which will soon enslave him to the machines.
T'ang seeing her superior compromised put an end to his dishonor with her disruptor. But while Commander Krag is safe in Stovo'kor, the 4 remaining sappers were on their way to a worse fate. Then something amazing happened! One by one, the assailing drones slumped over, and fell to the ground until one drone was left standing. This drone was different. He held the bloody mevak that belonged to Commander Krag in his right hand, and lifted it high, and proclaimed "I am not a machine!" Then he slumped to the deck.

I come up with a name, set up the traits, skills, team, and ship. The story either comes, or it doesn't. I certainly didn't expect this one.
Captains all have a story. What's yours?
Bu'Garr: Self Liberated Borg
T'eng son of Raf recovered quickly once the control nanites were neutralized. It was decided by the surgeon that it was best to leave the scope that resided where his left eye used to be. T'eng was pleased with this decision as it made his accuracy in battle, (whether with a bat'leth, or at the helm of a To'duj) a legend in the academy. It was wondered if the technology on his face would dishonor him. Not only did it not dishonor him, it was a trophy to his honor and victory over technology under which lesser warriors lost their very selves.
T'eng, for one assimilated and liberated from that honorless collective, could be rather engaging and persuasive. He could also calculate his movements so that during the same time he is disarming an opponent with his words, he was able to unleash a crippling attach which left his opponent helpless and defeated. It was said that T'eng was a torpedo negotiator. This epithet stuck because T'eng's diplomatic words were always followed by what amounted to a high yield explosion.
No one is sure who coined the name, but the etymology seems to derive from the combination of baH and ghar into a proper name. Ever since the assimilation,T'eng never felt like his old self, nor could he rekindle ties to the family to which he was born. Certainly he wanted nothing to do with his designation as 16 of 128. He rather enjoyed being the torpedo (baH) negotiator (ghar). Having come into his power and purpose, going forward T'eng is no more, and Bu'Garr begins his journey forward, to conflicts unimagined, as the future of the quadrant hangs in the balance. In other words.... it's just another day. But what a glorious day!

Anyone in our fleet is happy to help others when needed, in almost any aspect of the game. We have a fleet TeamSpeak3 that we use not just for the game but to hang out as well.
If anyone wants information on the [ACC] do not hesitate to contact me or any of our members.
Please visit soon, and wear boots!

I am sure you are looking for a fleet to join that will no doubt be a fleet of activity, dedication and a certain degree of maturity. Within the ACC, you will find all of those things and so much more. Our fleet becomes more and better coordinated with each passing day. You can guarantee that this fleet is going far in the STO universe and you would be wise to join us for a fun and active environment. Be it PvE you are interested in or even PvP, we will have what best suits you.
Although I say our fleet is dedicated, it also realizes that everyone has lives as well, so therefore when you need to take the time, you do not need to be concerned about losing your position within the fleet. We do not discriminate against such things because we understand ourselves that sometimes real life issues can interfere and some time is needed to sort it out again.
Not only would the ACC be a stable fleet to join, it would be one that would give you an experience you will never soon forget nor wish to be parted from. You will find yourself pleased you joined our fleet.
Part of our Fleet's activities is to plow through the mass of information on this forum, released by Cryptic, and available elsewhere in many divergent locations. We cull the important information to create tight and informative game guide info and tips for each profession.
It can take you many hours to go through everything on STO, trying to extract fact from conjecture. Let our forum at Boq botlhra?ghom (Alliance Central Command) help you zero in on exactly what you need to advance quickly in STO. Of course, you must be a Fleet member to see this!
Qapla?!
First, why affiliate with a Fleet at all? You may ask yourself can't I have a good in-game experience without belonging to a Fleet? My answer is that, while you can have lots of fun by yourself (actually with your NPC BOs and other NPC elements), an MMO is truly enhanced by collaborative/cooperative game play. MMOs are designed to give you more fun by interacting with other players - you can accomplish or achieve more in the game with more people. Having other brains working on the same problem will nearly always yield a better solution than without.
Second, why not wait, see how you like the game and then decide which Fleet to choose? My answer to this most of us will want to spend our available time in-game, accomplishing missions, participating in battles, and exploring. You should do your research to find the right Fleet that fits you, but then get involved and get in-game ? you will be much better off. You will have people to give you good tips on how to play STO and maximize your time, people to play alongside who can share drops (loot) and get you good equipment quickly, and people who will have the answers to the myriad questions everyone has who starts playing STO. It will take you a long time to find all the answers on your own, and a lot of that searching is needless ?grinding?. Why not spend more of your in-game time doing the most enjoyable aspects of STO?
At this point, you are probably trying to figure out what are our Fleet values, goals and objectives, how they will operate, and what you can expect to gain from affiliation with the ACC. That's the primary info that you need to make a truly informed decision about whether to join us, or some other Fleet. So without further ado...
The ACC?s goal is to enrich in-game experiences for all our Fleet members. We do this by providing (aka sharing) valuable Intel to our members on game mechanics, location of resources, strategies for skill-building and ranking up, and extensive collaborative game play coordination. We get valuable info through our Fleet members, who channel information to the specific areas of our forum - and we organize the forum so you can find the info you need quickly. We organize our in-game group play to leverage the specific skills and abilities of each Fleet member. We have (but do not require you to use) a TeamSpeak3 server for voice chat that helps with in-game coordination ? a lot! We do not force a lot of specific actions on our Fleet members, we only ask that you share your knowledge with us, and team with us in-game, everything else is optional and all of this is at your convenience.
The ACC is a very light RP Fleet engaging in strong PVP and PVE game play, with these missions: Search & Destroy, Annihilation of all enemies, Deep Space Exploration, Diplomacy, Pacts and Trade Agreements, Intelligence Gathering, Strong Resourcing, Building Starbases, Alliances, Conquering New Worlds, Building State-of-the-Art Starships, Science/Research, Escorts, First Contact.
Our Fleet is organized using matrix management. Fleet Chief Officers manage the three career progressions, and collect career advancement info to help folks rank up quickly, gain resources, etc. In addition, all Fleet members can report to one or more Battle Group (PVP) or Task Force (PVE) Commands for coordinated group play in-game. Our BG/TF Commanders (would you like to vie for one?) leverage the strengths of members from all the career paths to build and deploy hard-hitting and highly effective teams. We believe that coordinated Fleet action in both PVP and PVE environments enhances both the individual game experience and the 'spoils of war'. We believe that away missions will be much more successful and enjoyable if you often go dirt-side with other Starship Captains rather than your junior BOs all the time.
Our membership is world-wide, and although we are not huge (yet) - the reality is that there are almost always Fleet members online when you are - mates to help out in the crunch. English is the lingua franca, although we sprinkle Klingon words and phrases in liberally for RP. RL always takes precedence, but with our membership and alliances, there are always plenty of gamers to play with. We accommodate both hard-core and casual gamers, and will use whatever talent our members have to their mutual benefit and enjoyment. Our command structure is designed to get the best out of all Fleet members while giving them enriched game-play and access to the best Intel for resources and skill-point building.
We aren't overly focused on promotion for its' own sake, but more for getting the right people with the right skills in the right positions to get the best performance in-game out of our Fleet members. If you want to rank up and/or gain positions of authority in the ACC, please apply your skills in the STO and ACC forums as well as in-game, and have no doubt that you will earn the rewards you want and justly deserve.
Even if you are new to MMOs in general, or group play, the ACC has a place for you, and will help you go much further and faster than you could on your own. Our objective is for every member of the ACC to have the most fun and engaging game experience possible. We do not require everyone to take on Fleet responsibilities; just enjoy playing STO with your Fleet-mates.
You should by all means check out other Fleets if you want to really make a truly informed choice. We think that if you've read this far, you've probably already looked a few over, and with the info above, should be ready to make a choice. Choose ACC!
Feel free to visit our forum at Boq botlhra?ghom (Alliance Central Command) . Once you join our Fleet, you will have access to (and will contribute towards) salient information that you and we all need to enjoy STO to the fullest. Qapla?!

If the answer is no, and you would rather just be in the ranks, the ACC also needs you, and you can benefit greatly from the help your Fleet-mates will provide. Leaders and players, we all work together to get the most out of STO. Consider your options, and then choose ACC!

I MUST bring on a new Gorn!
Boq botlhra'ghom (Alliance Central Command) welcomes all KDF races. However, if you're a Lethean, try not to be obvious about your mind reading. It really irritates Hauk.
