Okay. For starters, this cap is not me bragging. I'm terrible at this game and have blown up more times then any of you. Just trust me on this point.
I am not really sure when or why I tapped the key to get this cap. I'm thinking my little finger slipped and tapped the [ prt sc ] key while I was busy trying to kill the CE using 19 other keys.
I have two reasons to show this cap to you, the first is that it is an image that looks really assume and or epic. The second is that the Samsar is an incredibly healy ship. It must be if my ship survived that explosion while at least six, possible eight other, and presumably more competent Captains, than I, had their ships detonate during the blast wave.
Um, Zed, I count 13 explosions. At least 4 of them are probably hangar pets, maybe more. I think I see a Sarr Theln, and those are full carriers that can deploy as many as 12 pets.
But yes, it's a very cool pic. and you're right, Samsars are great tanks.
Teal'c, WTH are you doing on ESD? Guess those Iconians screwed up your stargate destination!
Haha, that's so funny. I'm not sure if anyone remembers, but a few weeks ago fringecutlery postet an image of a Tholian Tarantula and then we talked about Stargate. And amongst other things, that was my inspiration for this video Welcome Delta Recruits
Edit: Maybe I can motivate some of you to post your shots on /r/STOscreenshots. It's a small subreddit and it could really benefit from a boost of dedicated users.

Really? That many? I thought some of those were just reflections of the crystal.
Also, I guess didn't want to believe that many folks got pwnd by CE.
I swear the Devs are wrong on this. One tuning fork aught to do it.

Don't get me wrong, I've seen some epic fails in pugs where we had multiple people bite the dust for no reason than their own suckitude. Not sure this is one.

Wow. You got skills.
And someone who knows the original BG enough to use the opening monologue from the Movie/Pilot.
I keep meaning to watch Stargate, but I just keep re-watching Star Trek. I'm awful, I know.
Ohhhh yeah. That Klingon ship is pretty sexy. Kind of a Vor'cha throwback with the nose. Not quite sure what's going on with the Romulan one though. Light makes it difficult to tell.

Sorry for the poor lighting in that shot. Here are some more images of the ship http://imgur.com/a/KSqWP
The demorecorder loaded the wrong map therefore, the odd environment.
The ship looks pretty much like a bird, with wide, but very thin wings, a feathery tail at the rear and a beak on the bow. It is not love at first sight but I think with a proper costume and lighting, it may look much better.

It looks very Halo-y to me, sort of like a next gen Pelican from some angles.

I think it would be nicer with the wings swept forward similar to the T'varo

I've seen that before. It's like a default that it falls back to when it gets confused. No actual mission uses it, but I think it might be the environment used for the character creator. If you pan around you'll see a room with three decors, Fed, Rom, KDF, all in one room. And when you look outside you'll notice that one of the planets is a flat disk.

True. It's always difficult for me to tell if I like a ship based on a screenshot. I kinda have to see it in 3D before I can make a decision.

Also, it would be nice for Cryptic to give up on the bird thing a bit. It's alright to have a design style or what have you, but there ought to be the illusion of practicality brought in as well. What illusion do tail feathers demonstrate?

What do you mean, "give up on the bird thing?"
These are Romulans. All their warbirds look like, well, birds. It's literally in the name.

My character Tsin'xing
Praetor of the -RTS- Romulan Tal Shiar fleet!
Infinite possibilities have implications that could not be completely understood if you turned this entire universe into a giant supercomputer.

This is fitting in light of the new lockbox.

Love these shots! Do you have any shots of the KDF and Republic ships in that mission?
On a related note, I wonder when we get these?

The t'liss, t'varo and D'D all have designs that lend themselves to both form and function not exclusively looking like space birds.
Certainly.
