You talk a lot without answering anything do you. So how can we talk like grown ups, when you ask questions and when you get answers that you don't like, you respond with something else completely different to the question asked. Even then your responses are complete shash.
And yes, I do judge these forums as winning and losing, as STO's in game PVP is boring, but the forums make an interest sparring match, with lots of different topics as maps.

Once you hit 50, thats it. You´ve beaten the game, move on to the next one or roll another toon and grind your *** again.
Wow... really? And what do other MMO's out there offer you once you've leveled up to the max level? You guessed it, more of the same. If you're not in the MMO for its story, gameplay or for the people you play with, any MMO would feel like a grind; probably even before you've maxed out your first character!

As I understand it, Bioware are planning to let you slot your romanced companion in to the legacy tree at a future date.

The new operation is quite challenging, it's refreshing to see this level of difficulty in a raid environment. I haven't had a chance to try the new Flashpoint, should be fun. The legacy system is decent, looking forward to seeing the system expand in all directions.

They don't need to. They have datacrons. Those work better for their players in that area of doing crazy, mind numbing and sometimes stupid tasks to open up a box.

Everything else felt middling. SWTOR's from a larger company with a larger team: I have bigger expectations.
