One thing is for sure: i don´t waste my time on TOR forums.

Instead ... you waste your time on the STO forums. Not sure that's much better.

Actually i´m PLAYING STO, and using its boards. Should i be on SWTOR forums complaining about THAT game?

    I don´t think so.

Still an admission of wasted time.

Also, what kind of game is so immersible and engaging that you can play it AND surf forums? Why that's almost like having a browser based mini-game that you can level off of mission by mission and never leave your ship bridge!

    Oh wait ...

    ;)

He's still making a valid point though no?:)

Plus, this is what happens to you, when your IP gets the Cryptic treatment.

I'm sure when NWN gets released, the fans of that series too will be thinking their IP has had it's heart ripped out due to lock boxes, C-Store, Asian grindfest, oh and where's my content. I know, make your own with the foundry because were not.

    See, I'm not bitter ;).

You talk a lot without answering anything do you. So how can we talk like grown ups, when you ask questions and when you get answers that you don't like, you respond with something else completely different to the question asked. Even then your responses are complete shash.

And yes, I do judge these forums as winning and losing, as STO's in game PVP is boring, but the forums make an interest sparring match, with lots of different topics as maps.

Get out of your Miranda class and get yourself a defiant, if your going to come to these forums and PVP with me:)

And your right, my kids tell me I'm still a baby in an old mans body. Still keeps me feeling young...Dad;)

The fans are already enraged about the 4E version of the setting, after the Spellplague. ;)

Wow... really? And what do other MMO's out there offer you once you've leveled up to the max level? You guessed it, more of the same. If you're not in the MMO for its story, gameplay or for the people you play with, any MMO would feel like a grind; probably even before you've maxed out your first character!

Before I try to read up on it, what happens if my smuggler was romancing Risha so he can be king of the world but with Legacy I make my sith inquisitor his wife?

I mean that would make him look kind of bad cheating on his Sith wife. And as Drunk Vader said to the girl in the bar, "Once you go Sith, you never go back."

As I understand it, Bioware are planning to let you slot your romanced companion in to the legacy tree at a future date. :)

I really love the UI customization--very deep. They did a great job.

Everything else felt middling. SWTOR's from a larger company with a larger team: I have bigger expectations.

The new operation is quite challenging, it's refreshing to see this level of difficulty in a raid environment. I haven't had a chance to try the new Flashpoint, should be fun. The legacy system is decent, looking forward to seeing the system expand in all directions.

I'm quite pleased with this patch.

I'm sure they will add lock boxes soon. Would that be more in line with your expectations?

They don't need to. They have datacrons. Those work better for their players in that area of doing crazy, mind numbing and sometimes stupid tasks to open up a box.

Aye, all that's missing is the lock boxes to really annoy the TOR fans.

They will be asking us to make our own content next no?

Your right, they must be getting desperate giving people over 50, 30 days of free play.

Didn't STO have to give everyone free play forever instead of 30days? I wonder why...

    Did I mention lock boxes?

At least STO functions...unlike a certain MMO in a galaxy far far away.

As I recall STO didn't go f2p for 2 years after release.

2 months after SWTOR comes out it's giving out F2P weekends and months like it's no tomorrow.
