You wouldn't say that if you ever had to drive through a December sleet ice storm in Oklahoma and Arkansas to get home to the tundra you still are lucky compared to the Welsh and Dawson area last year.

So no pics of Snowmen huh?

None when I left, about half an inch on the way home. :D It won't stay though. It doesn't feel like it's cold enough for snow.

What kind of jelly? I think there's 6 different ones that I know of. While Mother Nature is listening also. WHERE'S MY FOOT OF SNOW!?! My buddy also needs her weekend extended into a 5 day weekend so she can win the costume contest on DS9 this Tuesday. Please make it happen! Z should not be punished due to Cryptic's poor planning skills and time zone favortisms.

I don't even know what kinda looks they're going for. The costume winners will probably end up looking like famous celebrities or characters. Just interesting looking toons probably wouldn't cut it. My toucan, as hard as I tried to make him match the color of his namesake, doesn't look anything remotely like a toucan. :(

Well, we shall see Tuesday. I should be home for it so I plan on attending. None of my toons I don't think have a chance in winning but I'm hoping they are looking at unique costumes instead of the best knock-offs of non-Trek toons.

Sorry Archie! No jelly donuts left at all this morning. I was lucky enough to get the last apple fritter. Most of the donuts sell before 9AM.

I should make those next week. And unlike JC, who bakes his from a pre-made Toll House package, I make 'em from scratch! :p

Haven't you ever heard the phrase, "Cheaters always win!"? :p I woudln't call it cheating. Just... convenient. I know they use a premade mix but they sure are good. Used to have a very good bakery about 25 minutes from here that did fresh and homemade everything. They went out of business. )= Their resemary poppyseek garlic loaf was to die for.

Bacon is on the no no list. Strangely so is lettuce. Noodles is ok O.o but that is starch. I think they just spun a huge pinwheel and tossed darts.

I don't see why people do such things to themselves. Some people are fat, some are skinny, some inbetween, sime people remind me of Starvin' Marvin, and some look like beached whales. Who the hell cares?! As long as that person is happy, that's all that should matter. A person's weight doesn't make them who they are.

Every person I've known who has been overweight eats all the time. It's not a matter of what, sometimes it's a matter of how much. A few years ago, I weighed half again as much as I do now. The difference came when I made the choice to stop eating until I was full and instead just eat until I wasn't hungry.

Well, that and stress ulcers.
