I believe you only need the book. You can buy book from book seller if you already finish the quest, that means, you can get book from you alt who has completed level 4 or from other ppl. However those books cost a fortune to buy from book seller, so it makes more sense to buy the 2stars from other ppl to finish quest…

The OP seriously needs to learn something about Economics, and History: Communism vs. Capitalism. Price control never works, it just leads to shortages. And food shortages means rationing and famine, apparently these painful history lessons are never learn in school nowadays.

Bounty is lotta fun. Since you can't always expect to have higher levels to help, you get challenging runs and it helps ppl to learn teamwork.

This is way better than the old fb. It's the real fb as most high levels won't bother helping without any gain, thus it's sorta like fb with level restriction, much more fun and team work to learn.
