ok ... i think i REALLY found the problem.....lol i DO have two accounts that read as follows.... log in name (account #1) it is working for zen , has the correct servers and charecters.has no balence of zen yet then i have the account (account #2) that is the problem, where the zen that i earned, and worked real hard for,…

i wasnt aware that i had a main account aside from this one!! where do i find out my login info as i forgot it obviously lol i need an account with heavens tear and the new archosaur....... also is the reason im not able to live chat the same reason, no character on the servers?

thats means i have to make a new character.......why do i only have the two servers on this account and how do i get an account for the other servers that im using at the moment??

i dont think there is a one character limit, but im not even getting the character option, it only lets me selct game and thats itb:sad

i have been having trouble transfering my zen in my wallet to ingame, the scroll bar for server and price is not lit up either, i dont know if its the ame problm

ok, now my account says i have the zen but how do i get it in game?? i clicked transfer zen to server but it asks for an activation code, but it wont send it to my email...i wrote to billing, i hope they answer
