is anyone having trouble transfering there zen to in game

i have been trying for two days to transfer it from my account and it will let me pick the game but not a server or price...is anyone else having this problem, i have written a ticket but they havnt answered meb:sad

    I'm not getting the exact problem, but when I try to transfer, it says "Top 3 characters on ____ server" but only lists 1 character. Is there a level limit to the characters before you can transfer zen to them?

    i dont think there is a one character limit, but im not even getting the character option, it only lets me selct game and thats itb:sad
