umm no way to purchase zen?

i was going to purchase zen with paypal but the small button you click for how much zen you want to buy is gone same with int credit cards google and a few other that dosent involve walle pay by phone or mail anywon know why?b:shocked

    i have been having trouble transfering my zen in my wallet to ingame, the scroll bar for server and price is not lit up either, i dont know if its the ame problm

    these appear to be two different issues.

    first guy -
    you might have a spending restriction placed on your account. contact the billing guys through the ticketing system to get a more thorough answer.

    second guy -
    your issue seems like a bug. hit me up via pm or send us a ticket.

    i dont think they would awnser it >.> i sent a ticket about 1 of my banned accounts ben over 1 week not counting sunday/saturday i just dont think the ticket awnsers like meb:surrender
