mmmm If u compare the stats a Blinding radiance is far more better than a Dragon bow... Hence its excellent for bot PvP and PvE infact its the best weapon for 90s. once u hit lvl 95 or 99 then u can choose lvl 95 bow or lvl 99 green TT cross bow (Soul Crusher) these both are the best weapons for PvP. b:pleased
