Actually grind in this game gets insanely bad on later levels when there's no quests. I was looking at the exp chart and calculated that after lv90 you need around 50,000 monsters for each lvl. Don't judge the game on leveling speed yet seeing as you're only in your 40s

You're not doing anything wrong. Ever since open beta started I noticed quest item drop rate lowered drastically for some reason. When I couldn't get a quest item for a while I just relogged my char. It usually worked. So try that

You need at least lv1 blacksmith skill if you wanna decompose a weapon. For those stones just buy lowest lvl weapon and decompose it. For decomposing higher lvl weapons you need higher blacksmith lvl. Same with armors and ornaments

If you're not a venomancer then you can only get 1 that's completely useless from other players
