Seems you have to take a quest from the bounty hunter at the start of the event. The question now is why would you get the item if you didn't take the quest. Kind of silly to give a reward from a quest that was not taken. But then again, we are talking about the developers with long standing....

So are we supposed to go to Bounty Hunter before or after we start the event?

Perhaps they are just going at the wrong time. Don't forget that the maintenance resets the spawn time. This is just pure conjecture on my part.

The OP has a right to organize his/her guide the way he/she wants it. Just like you have the right to put your guide in Word.

And what is wrong with what I said? You still have to NPC the notes. So until those notes are sold to NPC, nothing is being injected.

How many are actually exchanging BLTs for notes? How many are using it themselves? How many are in catshops? I won't argue that 10mil isn't a serious injection. But you have to consider how many are actually doing it.

Call me noob or whatever, but how does BLT inject coins into the game? Do you NPC it? If you are selling to other players, then nothing is injected. Coins are only going from one player to another. So, please explain to me how coins are being injected with every BLT. Thank you.

Just wanted to say something. Unless those items from packs are NPC'd, no coin is injected into the economy. Coins are just changing hands with every transaction.
