I had PWI, installed a month ago. And it had the same problem before the other computer even had PWI installed. I have no firewall blocking access. I even disabled my anti-virus. LAME! b:angry

That's nice and all Crysty, but even after doing everything listed.. nothing. My roommate can connect but I can't. The servers don't show up. I've downloaded twice, verified. Opened ports, check my UAC, DMZ... everything... But nothing.

I've manually patched to 161. But still doesn't connect. I even downloaded Jade Dynasty and it has the same problem. No other MMOs I've installed have an issue like this.
