I've done everything that was suggest on the forums. Nothing.

Aka... I was sent a copy/paste of everything in the sticky.. via the FORUMS.

reply... "No... Just no. I have opened my ports. etc. However someone on the same network can connect. Stop copy/pasting the same bull**** everywhere."

Tech support- In that case, can you tell me exactly what error message you are getting?
Let us know if you need additional support.

    Did you include your dxdiag and hijackthis logs in the tickets? If not, do that.

    Y'know, if this is word for word what you sent to their tech support people, I wouldn't be surprised if they were deliberately giving you the run around. Being rude and obscene to people trying to help you is rather counter-productive. I note that you also didn't say how or why it didn't work and simply called their entire FAQ a load of BS.

    Because, this problem has never been fixed. EVER.


    It's not my computer, it's not my internet, it's not my router. I can play every single MMO, without problems. Yet somehow Perfect World and Jade Dynasty can't connect. Hurray.

    My attitude is justified with the lack of real support. Maybe PWE should get LIVE support, instead of waiting days for a ticket or forum response.

    I do not appreciate your tone with our community, or with our Mods and Admins.

    I especially do not tolerate it in any of the Tech Support Zone forums.

    Please make an effort to be polite and explain your issues coherently so that we can try to help you. I am asking you this once.

    I really hope your ticket isn't addressing us in the same tone as you are here.

    You have to make an effort for us to help you.

    Make sure that you tell us exactly what you have tried.

    What error messages did you get? How are you connected to the internet? (wi-fi, university, military, router, cable/dsl modem, etc)

    Who is your ISP?

    Did you send in your dxdiag and hijackthis logs with your ticket?

    Info like this can help us help you faster, and more thoroughly.

    There is a live chat support feature in the works. But because most of the tech support issues have us going through users logs files and analyzing players computers, chat for TS isn't going to work because of the time it takes us to go through a players logs files, see what is going on with their ISP and many other things we do to try to figure out our player's issues.

    I was calm. I was calm until after a month of being asked the same question, and being linked to the same sticky.

    I'm not going to repeat myself again and again.

    And since no one can read, or check previous posts...


    I have a home connection. My internet speed is 20mb/s. I'm on a router.(ports are opened.) My computer is custom built. e8500, HD4570,4gb ram. My firewall was disabled, my anti-virus turned off. Installed additional languages. Running Vista Ultimate x64. I have UAC disabled. I have ran it under Windows XP SP2, and Administration. My previous computer, half the specs as the one stated, running Windows 7, connected to the same router can connect to Perfect World since day one. Where I've tried for over a month, with every possible solution. When I have stated this, I get the same questions. My attitude is from the lack of real support. Stop asking questions, and start giving solutions.
