Can't connect to server

I just installed the game, patched it and tried to run it.

Nothing happens, it says unable to connect, none of the servers can be pinged and they all have status ---

Help would be much appreciated!

    I have the same problem. This is the only MMO that has had this problem.

    I'm having the same problem. I'm looking at a mini screen that shows news updates, server status, and buttons that launch different pages of the website, but I can't see anything to launch the actual game.

    The words "Lost City", "Sanctuary", "Heaven's Tear", "Harshlands", and "Dreamweaver" are flashing on the right-hand side. Am I supposed to be able to click on these?

    Have you guys patched to version 161?

    I've manually patched to 161. But still doesn't connect.


    I even downloaded Jade Dynasty and it has the same problem.


    No other MMOs I've installed have an issue like this.

    That's nice and all Crysty, but even after doing everything listed.. nothing.


    My roommate can connect but I can't. The servers don't show up.


    I've downloaded twice, verified.


    Opened ports, check my UAC, DMZ... everything...

    But nothing.

    Idk how can i help u more b:surrender.U said u r in network with another pc !? Try to close game on 2nd pc and see if u can access from your pc.Check again Network Connections settings on Intranet through Administrator account b:surrender on main pc or/and both pc.U said ports are open i guess your firewall is not blocking something too.

    I had PWI, installed a month ago. And it had the same problem before the other computer even had PWI installed. I have no firewall blocking access. I even disabled my anti-virus. LAME! b:angry

    Thanks for the feedback but I'm still not able to connect. Firewall, anti-virus, everything is set but no difference.
