Yes, they are character level dependent, NOT crafting level dependent. Each tier of a crafting item (roots, gravel, coal, etc) require a character level equal to or greater than a certain amount. I've been seeing the same thing myself. As has my girlfriend and some of my faction-mates. The one thing that we have noticed is that we all have an Nvidia graphics chipset. I think Wine would be your best bet. With a little googling I am sure you could find a guide or even a script to help you get PWi running on whichever flavor of linux you enjoy.

My last post was not meant to sound terse. That said, some background information would be helpful in finding out what is going on with the original posters Cult. Did you actually receive your Cultivation quest for level 19? Have you tried trashing the quest and reacquiring it?

The untamed cultivation quests have been fixed. I just completed my level 9 and 19 cults as well as my FB19. Neither I nor my girlfriend have seen any issues with it since the patch.

The spirit cult for untamed seems to be broken. I am well versed with the process for all three races.
