Strangelly disconnected

I was just starting in this International server, when I was disconnected. Well, I thought, it is all right, I should restart.
I couldn't. It said that it couldn't update(but I had updated just minutes ago). Then, I saw that in my Windows processes, PW was still running!
I ended the process and opened the PW again. Again, I was disconnected, but when I didn't closed(stayed in the login area) when I tryed to login, it said the account was still playing.

Any ideas?

    When it states that your account is still logged in use the "force" option.

    force log option will allow you to log in regardless.
