Cultivation lvl 19 BUGG

Hello PWI Team,

Appology if there is already the thread for this - I did not find it.

OK, well no one here helps. I created 2nd char because I thought the bug was on my end but this char too cannot complete Cultivation lvl 19 quest - I have the needed item in my bag but the quest is not registering it. I am shoutting for GMs in game for 2 days and I even emailed on Friday but there is no response from either side.
It would be nice if someone finaly fix this or help me play the game as it should be plaid.

    The untamed cultivation quests have been fixed. I just completed my level 9 and 19 cults as well as my FB19. Neither I nor my girlfriend have seen any issues with it since the patch.

    My last post was not meant to sound terse.

    That said, some background information would be helpful in finding out what is going on with the original posters Cult.

    Did you actually receive your Cultivation quest for level 19?
    Have you tried trashing the quest and reacquiring it?

    When you say you have the needed item, are you referring to the "Call to Duty: Xenobeast" tab? You need to be in a squad and have lead to use the tab.

    Some words of advice for the future though. GMs don't work on weekends, shouting for a GM on WC won't get you a response from GMs, sending in more than one ticket gets it bumped to the bottom of the pile, and it takes 3-5 business days for GMs to respond to tickets.

    Just for the record, here's the correct answer:
    It's a two-part quest. You got the first celestial sprite, by killing stuff. The quest then automatically moved to the second part, which tells you to find the flower named Celestial Sprite, and harvest it. You apparently missed this switch.
