I would disagree. Well.. maybe a couple of raids would be okay, but I pretty much quit WoW after wasting hours on trying to get 30 man parties together. You could never just ask for help and have a party together and ready to go within 10 minutes. In PW, you very seldom have to wait....

Can you provide more info on this? I don't think I've heard of this before... or is this one of those things where a server message says something like "A large troup of rancor force is outiside of such and such city, calling all heroes to battle" (or whatever the message is)?

Thanks for the tip! I'll have a talk with my party the next time I FB and we'll do our best to let the lowest level finish off the boss.

Thanks for sharing this technique! I'll definately have to give this a try. I never realized that healing yourself resets the counter on the mob's "interest", but I do know that healing generates aggro so I guess it makes sense.

Usually I'll start by casting a couple of ironthearts on my tank. This is typically enough to keep him in good health but if ever he gets hit really hard and I see a drop on his health bar, I'll use Wellspring to give him a quick boost. If I see anyone else in the party taking a hit, it all depends. If the person is going…

You will eventually be able to obtain all of the skills available for your class. However, skills must be purchased with a combination of in-game coins and SP. There will most likely come a time where you simply won't have enough SP to take all of the available skills, so in this sense, you do require to plan ahead a…

Your flying sword isn't actually damaged. It has a speed meter which allows you to fly faster but this meter will eventually run out. You can recharge this meter by disassembling grade 2 and 3 equipment into Fuel Cells. I think you can find more info on this at this thread. I'm only level 27 in the PWI server, but from…

As Avernus has mentioned, until level 30, Winged Elves can fly by at the cost of MP. However, for a cleric this typically isn't an issue as you will usually be concentrating most of your stats on Mag (formerly known as Int). One of the effects of putting stats in Mag is it increases your MP regen rate. Usually you will be…

Thanks Seawolf for your input! I especially apreciated the input of someone who's played higher than lvl 60 ;) I too agree about the 1h buffs: It's nice to have but not worth the SP.. I got them last time but I won't be getting them this time.

According to this site (quest guide), you want to be killing Amphibian Turtle located at 273, 361. You can enter those coordinates into your Coordinates Assistance window. To access this window click on the green icon below your mini-map in the upper-right corner of your screen (the right-most icon below the map). This…

The way you used it, Balance implies multiple things that are in competition for one ressource. What is it exactly that you are trying to balance? MP vs. HP? Attack vs. Support? I guess the real question would be: what role do you want to play later in the game?

Yes cyclone and plume shot will be your main attack spells for a good long while. And yes Purehearted is a waste of SP, Ironheart Blessing is much better and you'll probably want to max this as soon as you can as it will not only be useful when healing a tank but it's also pretty much necessary if you want to survive as a…

LOL!! thanks for the honesty ;) Lots of good info guys thanks for your input I really apreciate it. If I summarize, this is what we all seem to agree on (at least nobody refuted these points): - Tablet only grants extra XP, SP and Blood (crafting material) - The greater the level difference between the boss and the highest…

Funny -- while it doesn't actually address my issue, I did discover that the site I linked to above also has a monster database for PW international.

Interesting stuff! Thanks for the replies guys and I'd apreciate any more info anyone else has to offer. This will definitely affect my next FB run! It's great to fly through an FB with a party of high-levels but if it means no drops, then I'd rather have to battle my way through and have a chance at some gear that will…

I might be wrong here, but I don't believe that DEX will change your range for a Cleric the way it might affect your range for an archer. I believe the range for the cleric's plume quill spell is dictated by the spell's level, not your personal attributes. The DEX *will* allow your to crit more often though but to me this…

You have to speak with your trainer in order to unlock new skills or to upgrade existing ones. Skills will cost your both money (in game coins) and skill points, which you gain via questing and killing monsters. There are class specific trainers in all of the main cities. In order to locate them simply use you Coordinates…

No there are definitely different sets of wings you can equip as a Winged Elf. First of all, at level 30 you will get a set of Brown wings just by following a quest you'll be given. Then I believe you can pick up better/fancier wings from the cash stops or from other users.

Wow I had no clue, this is going to be awesome lol

aggro means you're attracting the monster's aggression. Simply put: you pissed off the monster and now he wants to make you pay =) And yes, healing does **** off monsters quite a bit. But as others have already said, most of the time you shouldn't be attracting too much aggro though. Although this tends to come naturally…

I used to level with a Wizard all the time on the MY-ENG server and I while I was doing really decent DPS, he was always just a little bit stronger than I was in terms of DPS. However he never once defeated me in a duel because of my physical attack + healing capabilities. But still, if you are playing a cleric, most…

This also happened to us the other day. I think it's because one of the original party members was still in the instance when he was re-invited into the new party. We did 3 runs of FB19 and this happened twice and in both cases we fixed the problem by disbanding and meeting up the whole party outside of the instance before…

I would also like to add that unlike WoW, there aren't any big raid instances in PW.. At least not that I have come across. I think the most you can be in a party is 6 or 7 so it's a lot easier to find 5-6 people than to find enough people for 20-30-man instance
