Coming from a WB who just got his stingray, I would have to agree, flying is very slow, but hey, beats walking around a mountain, or trying to jump over stones. Granded if I want speed, then I would buy upgrades for a faster mount, if not, then I guess its not that important to me :D

But don't they check all the files on upgrades? I'm thinking that once you change them locally, you wouldn't really have to worry. But after you exit and go back in, and it checks, wouldn't it notice and just change them back?

I find that I only spend money on Mana potions, being a barb means no mana regen for me :D but I find this game fun, not because the constant, go kill this, go kill that, but the people I have ment and the guild I am in. It just makes it all the more fun.

:eek: I'm not sure what you call a "reasonable game experience" but this game is free, and let me tell ya, it is one of the best F2P MMO's I have ever seen. Don't buy anything at the shop....don't spend cash, you will still have a great game experience....oh and "looks over shoulder and sees a sweet dragon…

As far as a F2P MMO, I love it. I think it is great game and heck, doesn't cost me anything but my time :D Which I would just waste doing nothing else but watching TV or picking on my kids. I believe you can't get to lvl 4 until 50, which is where you get the quest.
