From what I've been reading $1 = 1Gold = 100k in game. So it would be about 30Gold for one wedding set, 60 for 2 = 3,000,000 Coins (in game money) for 1 set x 2 = 6,000,000 to purchase the wedding sets for both people using in game money and not gold.

That opens up a list of other icons one of them is labeled "settings" click on it and from there you can turn down the in game music and sound effects.
