Super Speedy Lag

I go like uber fast then i get reset to the point from wich i started walking then everything is animated all fast any solutions?

    I had this happen to me when I first started playing, But it only append because I couldn't patch the game right. I hope someone helps you though!

    Having the exact same trouble. It started happening today. VERY annoying!

    Anyone?

    edit: that 'speedy' thing is also noticable at the 'notice' screen and the character screen
