Oh no, I didn't get lvl 2 plume shot! o.o

Hello everyone,
I didn't get lvl 2 plume shot with my cleric when I was character lvl 5. I am now character lvl 6 and I can't seem to get my lvl 2 plume shot. Is there any way to still get it?

Could I still get it if i died a lot of times to try to go back to lvl 5?

    do some quests and make sure you have enough gold and enough spirit to do the upgrade to lvl 2 plume shot.

    TO ALL BEGINNERS WHO HAVING SIMILAR PROBLEM WITH UPGRADING YOUR SKILLS

    Requirement:
    Always check for cost, spirit points, and reputation title (if you know what i mean)

    Example... Like at lv 9 you want to buy flight mastery... and you can't seem to get it! Know why? Because you need to do your spirital cultivition quest to get your next title.

    *edit* Correction:
    I almost forgot to add this information: If you have enough spirit points and money for the flight mastery and still can't get it. You'll have to do the quest like i said above.

    Once that quest is completed... You go back to the trainer and you'll notice the color of icon got brighter. That means it's buyable at the moment!

    Spiritual Cultivation is basically a special title you get every 10 levels (9, 19, 29, 39 etc). You will see what quest is for cultivation by the orange name of the quest. Theyre basically milestones at certain levels that let ye learn new skills. They usually give a nice exp and spirit rewards aswell when finished.

    EDIT: So basically, do every orange named quest ye see.

    This is true and at the same time, the Spiritual Cultivation quests are this games main plotline. Its worth reading.
