I know I'm necroing this thread, but I thought I would let people know that 32 bit icons will work via the submission page now (at least sometimes). After multiple ticket replies saying they could not use my 32 bit, I resubmitted mine via the page on the advice of a friend that had it work and now we have our original icon…

That just makes me even more angry. I have submitted tickets and they keep just saying that they are unable to use icons with transparency now. I finally gave up because my faction wanted a logo and submitted a black background version on the submission page yesterday.​​

I think that's what we are waiting for word on, here. Those without transparent icons can make them 24 bit and submit them via ticket, but for the rest of us we are just stuck. For everyone having this issue, clear your cache. Firefox did the same thing for me but that fixed it. It seems it was keeping a cached version of the page from before.​​

You don't have to have a base, just a level 3 faction. They just took a SS of base info because only level 3 factions can have a base (I assume) so technically that should have proven that the faction was level 3. But the best bet is to just take a SS of the guild roster which shows the faction level.​​
