  • Venomancers are supposed to be the "New to the game" class. They're pretty easy to play and are versatile if you feel like experimenting. Pets don't require much, if any, MP and will follow you around until something prevents them from going where you are (Straight up a cliff, Invisible barriers between areas, Etc). Pets…
  • Well I wasn't quite thinking in those terms.....
  • But wait, that's marriage. This is only carrying people. I mean, piggy back rides would be ok.... maybe.... <_<;; Ok, maybe not.... There's got to be a way of carry someone that won't raise eyebrows if they're the same gender. For instance, I don't see anything wrong with an elf holding someone under their arms while…
  • Good job in Chem! That's excellent! Here's the story trailer that covers pretty much what Tearvalerin summed up. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dqRTydUQIyY I hope you enjoy the game.

  • Do get off your high horse, will you? I said "I liked the sound of it" not "I'm sure to be mightily impressive when I play like that" Some of us play to have fun, not to be "TEH BEST BM IN TEH GAME ZOMG". It is a game, don't forget.

  • Funny, I'm actually really liking the sound of using fists and bows <_<; Oh well, still a while yet before I can play more. And thanks for the replies, all.

  • All major cities have them. So, the cities you do your 1st several levels around will have them. Look for people who's name ends with "the Wizard" or "the Barbarian" or something. For specific locations, use the person finder button under your mini-map while in 1 of those cities.
  • Actually, I'm sorta surprised (though I know I shouldn't be) that this is such a popular topic.
  • There are NPC's floating around towns called "skill trainers". When you reach a level that your skill tree says you can learn something new at, then you have to go see these people to "buy" your new skills or level older 1's. To change camera angles, hold the RIGHT mouse button down, and move the mouse around. Zooming in…
  • I just find it really uncomfortable to wear revealing clothes.... Gimme some baggy knee length shorts any day over a mini-skirt or bikini.
  • As a Winged Elf, you'll be able to fly anywhere you want from the start of the game (Though I'd recommend getting to level 5 at the very least before flying to another city). If you wish to play with your girlfriend from the start, you can work on her missions as a team and then work on yours (or something similar to that).
  • It's.... It's a Dutch Auction? Woah... e_e; I didn't expect to see that outside of Girl Scouts....
  • Very nice, indeed.
  • Can you describe them? Elves get several different kinds of wings. Some look like bat wings, some look like eagle wings, and there's 1 that sorta looks like a bunch of crystals lined up to look like them (Or at least I think it does)
  • Oh come on, have a heart, Rosa :D It's like believing in Santa Claus. Some people don't know enough to disbelieve it, and the others think they know enough to believe it's a load of bull. (For clarity's sake, I'm in the 1st group, as shown by my previous post). If it's a joke topic, than the OP get his kicks and those of…
  • Oh man... You got that in 1. Also, give your Girlfriend my congrats for being able to keep her kills against a 70+
  • You mean Broken Bridge Village?
  • Or if you don't feel like following Zephyrx's advice, you can find it by Google searching "perfect world MP3 Music" (<-- minus the quotation marks). It should be the top link. Oh yeah, and it's still called "common_e1"
  • Archers and Clerics have a different rate of MP gain from each other (1 class being a magic class while the other is a melee class). On my Archer I improved the Magic stat until I didn't lose any MP while in flight. Keep in mind, however, that only the wings you start off with (Natural elven wings) will drain your MP, so…
  • For someone like me, the manta ray has tons of appeal because I like sea animals..... But I must agree about the elf's wings. I prefer them over all other forms of aerial travel. Specifically, the bat wings (What are they called, "Blood Mist"?)
  • Let me put it this way, are you comfortable playing the way you're playing? In PWI, you can create your own build and play the game however you wish to. I seriously doubt there's a wrong way to play so long as you're having fun (it is a game after all) Many people who play as Venomancers go with a a pure magic build and…
  • Thanks a lot, Rillien ^_^
  • Rillien, if you wouldn't mind, could you list a few successful ways of doing so? I'm sort of (and by sort of I mean "I am") a new player, and my favorite class so far is the Cleric. So I'd really appreciate seeing how other people play to get some ideas for myself.
  • If you can't buy from the boutique, like me, than perhaps buying from a player who is selling would work, or just sticking with the natural wings. +2 isn't bad, at least, it's better than no speed boost at all. Oh, and thanks for answering, Mosz.

  • Clerics and Archers have a different rate of MP consumption. Clerics, when flying, won't lose MP. But unless you boost your Magic stat some, Archers will steadily lose MP, and it only gets worse as they attack. Though I am curious. What would be faster over all? Different wings or a fully upgraded Flight Mastery?
