    Oh come on, have a heart, Rosa :D It's like believing in Santa Claus. Some people don't know enough to disbelieve it, and the others think they know enough to believe it's a load of bull. (For clarity's sake, I'm in the 1st group, as shown by my previous post).

    If it's a joke topic, than the OP get his kicks and those of us who fell for it will know better in the future. If it's true, however, we all get a good laugh out of it. No harm done either way, yeah?

    Yeah whatever... as much fun as walls of text composed of nothing but variations of "LOL" and "I agree" may be, i do think that expressing opinion is somewhat related to the purpose of the forums. I did not agree with the OP on this thread nor with what i perceived to be his intent. I said so, and explained my reasons. You on the other hand posted to no other purpose but to shoot me down, who's being antagonistic and obnoxious here?

    Yes, my history as a forum troll has been well-established, what with my personal preference for self-deprecating humour, admitting when I am wrong, offering apologies, and the public use of my personal shortcomings as fodder for amusing game-related anecdotes. I think those are officially the 4 warning signs of a forum troll, but I don't know how to work Google so I can't check. (OK, that's sarcasm. I admit it.)

    Ok, i'll bite, but only as giving due credit to what seemed to me a polite and well phrased answer. You do realize that in the last post you've provided some details as to context that are sorely lacking in your original. After a second reading i find no clue as to a clever psychological ruse being mostly responsible for your girlfriend's success. That adding 2+2 thing isn't flying for me, i do remember spending quite a sizable portion of my life attending college courses on the subject of literature... I believe implied subtext to have been included on the curriculae... As for the raid being on a monday morning that is yet another detail that somehow seems to have gone missing. The point remains however, that for the ruse to have worked in the first place, your girlfriend we must assume did somehow managed to outdamage the barb (yes, you could have claimed taunting alone might have acomplished this, but the contention of your gf effectively dealing higher damage was something established by yourself). If you do manage to somehow weasel your way out of this conundrum i will very gladly give you the benefit of doubt.

    What I learned in college about literature is that my writing style amuses professors. I think it's the analogies they like the best. b:victory

    My girlfriend's amazing powers of out-damaging the Barb are so soul-shatteringly awesome that there ought to be rules against it. Here they are:

    - When a mob spawned near her, she would select it, cast Venomous Scarab, and send the Qingfu in to attack.
    - 4 times out of 5: random Archer / Wizard / Veno / etc... steals kill
    - 1 time out of 5: she gets lucky and gets in 3 hits before random Archer / Wizard / Veno / etc... obliterates mob.
    - (insert magic here)
    - Level 76 Barb starts swearing at her to back off and stop ksing his kills.

    The magic, unfortunately, is something that only the level 76 Barb knows for sure. My theory is that the magic is that the Barb believes "as soon as I start running, the kill is mine", or possibly that he may have missed a bunch of times at a mob my girlfriend was also attacking and gotten angry about that. Or maybe he was just a ****. In any case, he perceived her as a threat and labeled her a kill-stealer.

    So my proof-text for my girlfriend being able to kill-steal the level 76 Barb are the words that he himself stated, and yes, I really really regret not having pressed "Print Scrn" about 20 or 30 times, because then I could go look up MLA citation style for screen shots and do this up all proper-like.

    Ultimately, he gave her the label, and I find it highly amusing to agree with him. Because if he's right, then by his own words he's exposed himself as a complete tool of a level 76, unable to handle even a level 46 Heavy Veno and her Jaden Qingfu.
