Well thank you for a speedy answer. The only thing is that I see only like +1 to attack level...from your description that hardly seems worth even considering due to it maybe being 25ish damage per plume shot at mid levels when such things are available.

I too become ultra paranoid whenever I have powders up...and if I ever see a barbarian with, what looks like, celestial on him. The problem sometimes is that I as well as others buff the person before they even can see you approaching so there is no time to warn of powders at work. I completely agree with the fact that…
