The CS weapons i've experienced are not permanent ones, and they only give a slight advantage over the white weapons u can buy from NPCs. Compared to HH or the yellow weapons, the CS weapons are no where near as good.

pretty sure it's just extra 2 meters, not multiplied. Also you should know is that these wings only work on the original white wings u get from the start. These effects are not applied to the cash shop wings that you may want to purchase in the future. (unless they've decided to change this in this version).

it's an equip u need to be able to fly with cash shop, u can fly at lv 20 otherwise u'll be given 1 at lv 30 (well.. they'll give it to u in exchange for in game money) once u have it equiped, u just need to press the fly action to fly.

yes u r right about tanking. 1 dex = 10 dodge for BM dunno about archers. u will always be hittable, ppl will ahve + accuracy rings.

If u didn't touch the .ini files, then u should probably make an official complaint. We can not let the GMs go around and just ban anyone they "think" modified the ini files.

sounds like u want to play an archer, but archer aren't exactly party friendly, they can be replaced by another DD class, for example a veno. in short, there is no class that's good at everything (but barbs do have overpowering advantages compared to disadvantages)
