I think you should realize that lvl10x are LESS profitable to pwe than the in-built charecters. Thus the quitting of people with endgame gear is not only little loss its kind of a gain to pwe due to the better chances the not-yet-endgame players have to make it "top dog" with some CSing. True that fists bms are strong but i will have to say that archer's have more fun in pvp while bms will need hard CSing to get your gear right to do more than just stun ,buff and assist attacking.
