I had seen that before your post, but thank you anyways. She definitely explains it the best way.

My my, aren't we pissy. You seem more upset over the misunderstandings than the original poster. lol. The 14x I got was from the assumption that the 2x event would be counted seperately from the 12x and then added together. If the base is only counted once, then you are correct about it being 13x. If there was a post to…

Oh, and another thing... 12x + 1x = 13x 12x + 2x = 14x

Might as well let it go, man. The other's are just gonna rag on you for assuming what most players probably assumed as well. Including me. Granted, PWI did not tell us what KIND of stacking was occuring, but since they didn't go out of their way to fool you, it may suck, but not a scam. Is what it is.

Seems like he's baiting to me, just ignore. Indeed. The ONLY thing I would have suggested was to allow porting to different valleys from the start. Maybe start at 1, port to 3, or port to 5. The biggest issue anyone had with Lunar was the length of time. And that's the only thing they should have addressed. Sure it was…

Correct, in fact you can get the gold mats from Mysterious Merchant for about 112 chips and 2.4M fee. The green mats can be acquired for about 250k I've seen. So depending on the price of chips the entire weapon can be had for 7.5M - 10M coin. Not a bad weapon either. And from what I've seen all classes have access to a…

You're right. I get the idea of using the refine levels to determine gear level. Just never really looked before. Grade 15 it is. I would easily get a Lunar over a TT99 if I could. Don't know about your server, but on mine I've never seen a Lunar weapon Insignia for less than 50M. And that's coin I really don't have. So…

Lunar gold weapons are grade 13. Also, all classes should have access to a TT99 weapon that can be made with chips + coin for under 10M, at least on my server at this time. For Archers it's the Nameless. Magic users get the Divine Aegis pataka w/ +289 phys res, +285 HP, and +2% reduced phys dmg. More about survivability…

Single mode has always been there, just needed to complete a quest first before now. Have always dropped frags and crystals too. Not sure what they mean by dropping shards now. What level of shards? Only bosses? Still a lot of unanswered questions on this preview.

Sig and River are right, Lunar glade really wasn't as hard as everyone thought it was. The real problem was that few people really KNEW anything about Lunar glade. My biggest issue with Lunar has been the armor... it receives no bonuses like the TT99 gear, yet it is harder to achieve. This was just another turn off from…

Eh, depends. More like the combo (any class + cleric) or a veno. In solo mode the bosses should all have about 250k health and do mostly close up physical damage. I imagine a barb or BM could solo with pots & charm pretty well. Other classes would struggle. Also, Neo-deity mode requires Neo-deity scrolls and God's Breath…

No, he's not talking about the Summonbot bosses. He is refering to the special bosses that take 10 of each crystal type and 5 Essence of Nature to summon from NPC's in the valley. There are two such bosses, on valley 2 (as mentioned) and 3 I believe behind the closed wood doors. The other is Ancient Tigara and both are…

Dakaruch is right, Lunar really isn't that hard once you know the valleys. People are usually just ignorant of the instance alltogether, and only hear how hard it is. So... they never even try. He's also right that the accessories are pretty awesome. I feel PWI did make at least one mistake with Lunar though. The Gold…

If you have chosen a path to take, the melee squad members can lure mobs back to the bb for heals while they take them out and start clearing that path. This should help quicken the run and keep everyone busy for a bit of time.
-
I would just stick to doing Squad mode. You'll naturally obtain the mats you would get through Solo mode during the Squad mode. They're all dropped from simple mobs. And everything can be obtained for armor and weapons through Mysterious Chips EXCEPT the Essences, which only drop in Squad or Neo-Deity mode. Lunar…

Well that depends on the gear. But let's take the chest piece as an example. It needs: Aqua (2) Flame (2) Earth (2) Life (2) Steel (5) That's a total of 13 Essence's. Honestly, it's hard to say. If you can do runs during 2x weekends you'll be better off. There's also the special bosses (like Ancient Tigara) that drop all…

Reivi is mostly right. 1) Single mode is indeed 'turned on' by doing a quest in squad mode. It is the 'Alone in the Valley' quest to kill the Shoveal mobs in the second valley. Actually shouldn't take too long, and you can almost always find peeps that need it. 2) Lunar solo is actually easier than solo TT. Especially the…

There really aren't any full guides, mostly just pieces like Whiteshot has posted above. You'd be more likely to find something on the MY version, if you could read it. Fragments and Crystals drop quite easily from any mobs, and can be obtained through Single mode and Squad mode. The Essences are much harder since they…

The long range attack is physical. At level 92 under bb my charm would still 'tick' occasionally. I've seen arcane venos, lower level archers and clerics go down from this guy even under bb.

A Suffered Soul does indeed start with the Grayhaired Man. However, River is right that there are parts outside of Lunar to complete. At first though a ghost will summon next to the old man and you'll get a necklace piece. If you have no part of A Suffered Soul in your quest log, then sadly you will probably have to reach…
