To be honest, I used to use True Form to do quests till lv. 55 and it sucks. I thought that it would be better when I use Humanoid Form, and it deals nice with mobs. It depends on that, what form will u play. For example: If u wanna play Tiger Mode[Tank mode], buy only skills for Tiger Form. U can buy some for Humanoid form, if u have more Spirit and cash. It should be like 104 STR 23 DEX and 58 VIT for tank one. Im following THIS GUIDE. If u wanna pk, u should follow that: Its quite universal: More Vit = More HP = More HP from BKI = More dmg from Armageddon ;-)

Right. In my case, its proportional to mine lvl. Lv. 30 -> ~3kHP Lv. 40 -> ~4.2k HP Lv. 50 -> ~5k HP Actually, I have 5.2kHP without Citrine Shards in my eq.
