LAME! But thanks very much for letting me know that.
-
I said nothing about skills. And if you don't play six hours a day, it is hard. This is NOT a casual game.
-
Not when you don't have in-game money. Which you can usually only get when you buy item mall things to buy. Especially mats.
-
It's not. As the above poster said, it's completely supply/demand. The economy in MMO's is no exception from the laws of... Well, simply how things work. b:laugh
-
I'm comparing it to other games I've played. *Gets ready to be bashed* I like comparing MMOs I play to Maplestory only when it comes to the Item Mall. Maplestory's Item Mall is almost entirely for looks, and people STILL buy from it. They really did it the right way, unfortunately because of this people unfairly assume the…

Luckily I don't do PvP. I'm a PvE player. I did always feel like the Item Mall in this game was too over-powering, in my opinion.
-
This is the paradox.

Never was much of a forum person, anyway, as you can see from my count. 10k -> 20k isn't TOO bad. I'll find a way to manage. Anyway, thanks. Are there any other BIG things we should be caught up on? We're both in the 4x's. So anything pertaining around our level or anything new coming up would be nice.
-
PWI's economy never really was friendly, in my honest opinion. At least not in Heaven's Tear. Mats always cost a bajillion, and everyone made fortunes off megaphones. How much are megaphones now? When we quit, they were about 10k each. That will help me compare the economy.

Two problems with that. They made tabs a one-time thing only because if they weren't, people would farm them. That is no fun. "Hey guild! What's everyone up to?" "FB." "FB." "FB." "FB." Secondly, if people didn't have to help lower level people with their FBs, they wouldn't. They'd farm their own tabs. Then lower-level…

Let's keep them coming, come on people. 1/2 page bump.

Well when you're in a party, you can left click on the person in your Squad HUD to target them. That makes for some easier healing, not to mention you eventually gain an AOE heal skill.

Never going to happen. Never, ever, ever going to happen. If you want to roleplay, go check out an RP forum. Theres a million of them all over the web.

The auction house (and Gold Trading House) has a fee because it stores users information on the server whether or not the player is on. This requires a lot of data. It requires who put the item there, what the current bid is, what the auto buy is, all of the item information (this is especially taxing for weapons, because…

Almost 2nd page bumpness.

I lol'ed. Too bad RuneGay isn't the first, or only, game to incorporate cooking as a skill.

KSing, both on purpose and on accident, is a part of MMORPGs. You will never play an online RPG that doesn't have KSing. Suck it up, or go play a console.

I'm not a gamer? Wtf? Who the hell do you think you are? the untamed mounts are way cooler than the human ones. The human flying mounts all look exactly the same except for tiny itsy bitsy changes. Ooooh flying swords. So, so ****.

Only if you're using an AZERTY keyboard. I have a QWERTY keyboard (obviously the kind this game was designed for), and I use both my keyboard and my mouse to move. W to run, right click to turn/navigate. I love it. Using WASD to move instead of arrows allows you to steer with your left hand, and still be within finger's…

Dream on. Sorry, but simply never going to happen. For one, you're asking they open a new server. This requires purchasing a new server and more bandwidth. Both of which are very expensive, and they already have three to maintain. Secondly, making a PvP server and a PvE server is very easy. It'd pretty much be as simple as…

Too much of a hassle for Perfect World to implement it. Ultimately, even if they added this feature, it wouldn't be used enough for it to be worth all the coding. What you're asking would require a lot of XML coding.

WRONG. First of all, the entire western seaboard uses this timezone. It's called the PACIFIC TIMEZONE. Second of all, it's GMT - 8, not + 8. GMT + 8 is Singapore, and obviously everything further north of it, including some of Chine and quite a bit if Russia. But Singapore is the most noteworthy city in GMT + 8.
