That is the reason why my original suggestion was "team duels". Having them on some kind of arena is just to make easier to find other teams that want to duel. Also the fact that most people is not using the arena means the way it works is not useful or appealing and should be changed.

I undertand LA will be better for duels and PVP. But How LA hold on PVE under level 90? better or worst than Full Int?

Could you please tell me where did you find that information? I was able to find the regular walking/running speed for each class but not the flight speed! However I do belive you when you tell me is 5.0.
