The thing with the refinement system is that it's basically made in a way to force us into spending cash on this game. Otherwise it wouldn't be this way.

I'm pretty sure he said PWI was down TO 600k players remaining, not a loss of 600k players. Even if that is the case and the total amount of players remaining is 600k, that's still pretty good considering it'd be doing better than some other modern games.

I've had the same problem, I can still find one on occasions but it's kind of uncommon. I usually get my BH59 runs in with BH51 squads. Since most people doing BH51 get Zimo at least then we just go from 51 to 59, otherwise I'm usually out of luck too.
