The biggest thing that needs to be increased are the quest rewards level 90+, especially the quests in heaven/hell. I like doing those quests, but it just seems to be a total waste of time killing 100 mobs and then getting maybe 20k in coin rewards and only 50k experience points.

There have been times where a barb or seeker wants to run in and pull the groups, so ask the tank what they want to do first.
