Are you useing arcane or light armour? If you fight in human form and wear arcane your build is really messed up, but if you wear light armour and fight in both forms you can get away with your current build. Just don't put any more points in vitality.

So the numbers are the level when you can get the quest. What if you get more than one quest for a level? Does FB29 refer to all level 29 quests or just a certain one?
