Are the Legendary pets broken?

I understand that the Phoenix and Hercules take specific food types that aren't water, but do the 'never-hungry' boutique item work for them?
Also, what are their stats? Are they considerably overpowered over the other pets, especially in PvP and PK?

    Some of the people in my Faction this morning did some searching on some of the other servers my MY and they told me that the "never hungry" item in the item boutique does not work on the Legenday pets.

    Both of these pets are much better than the normal/rare pets you can tame in game and they come with self buffs that last for one hour.

    The Phoenix uses Fodder like Hay.
    The Herc uses only Meat items like Meat and Martin Nests.

    I'm slightly upset that my pets will be extremely inferior to the cash shop pets ;_;

    All the other classes don't have 'weapons' that you can buy for their class that are overpowered, so why are overpowered pets available?

    I'm not ranting XD but I do think it's a little unfair.

    phoenix has been added for a dirty job, u order it to attack than run in safe zone and enjoy how your expensive pet is soloing the enemy...

    According to Cat on another post, it does work. Not sure if it does, but I'd like to research more into it before actually using that item.

    The tome works on pets and last for 7 day. For 2g, is worth it. After looking at their stats, 300g for both pet are well spent.

    The phoenix stats are full (almost in round circle if you know what I mean) but when I sent her to attack L21 mob outside AR at L1, she got one shooted b:shocked. It has dodo L2 (stunt), claw L5 (add 30% damage), blessing L5 (add 30% HP). I just added FB on her. Ideal for TW/PvP.

    The Herc seen like upgrade version of magmite but fast. He got dodo L2(stunt), reflect L5 and two buff skill that add 150% to magic and physical defend. Ideal for FB tanking

    Thanks for the info. Oh and I know they have great stats, but if a phoenix could beat a level 21 mob at level 1 without literally having a constant stream of healing then it would probably ruin the game. That's like, Elite-boss-from-TW levels of power!
